Hume actually does have my medication, but they said that they could not fill it for me because I did not get my other two medications filled there and they would need to fill my entire profile in order to give me the medication I need. Because it's a controlled substance. Well I already filled my other two medications so there's no way that they can fill them. I have never heard of anything like this and it is really inconvenient an silly and stupid honestly. That's what happened on a recent Friday. Did I get a call, text, or email to tell me that the pharmacy was closing at 3pm? I did not. And on the appointment reminder ALL that information was right there, just as obvious as the sign inside the door saying the pharmacy was closing early. When I called to speak to the store manager (Cindy) her response was "The system could definitely stand some improvement". Ya think? Every week they run a photo special. My last order was 50% off published prices for all photos! Orders are often ready in less than an hour for those in a hurry to get photos in hand. The photo area isn't always manned with an associate. Be sure to let the clerk at the front counter know you need assistance so that an employee will be paged to help. Walgreens also offers a convenient pharmacy and a limited selection of health and beauty, food and drinks, including wine and alcohol.

Once the prescription was filled I got a message from a service that delivers for this pharmacy. I didn't recognize the text sender so I ignored the message as SPAM. Then I got a call from the pharmacy that they had a prescription for me. I opted to pick it up during the following week. Fortunately the pharmacy told me they were located behind Thorntons or I never would have found them. The pharmacy is small and located in a small strip mall off the main road. When I picked up the medicine it was an ointment and not a special compound. When I got home I looked it up on my prescription coverage plan and found it was covered by my insurance. In the future I can pick up the exact same prescription at my local pharmacy for less or I can have a 90 day supply filled through Express Scripts far cheaper. It was nice to know this pharmacy exists but it is not convenient for me to get to. I would rather go to my local pharmacy that is one mile away than to make the trip to this pharmacy that is twenty miles away. The service was fine it just is inconvenient for me.

Absolutely the worst Kroger and Kroger Pharmacy I have dealt with in the 5 states I've lived…read more While you do have a good pharmacist and 1 good tech, the others just don't care and don't want to do any work - literally. They will shut the drive thru window for being understaffed, not answer the phone, and goodness only knows if something is filled at the wrong Kroger location at no fault of your own, they blame everyone else and basically tell you it's easier to go to that location and pick it up after arguing about it. This is also the worst Kroger store - it's too small and their shelves are always empty. They literally have no idea how to stock or forecast at all. I've talked to the manager and several Team Leaders over a 2 month period regarding 1 product that the other stores were getting weekly, but they couldn't do. Today they're out of another item because they didn't stock enough and since it went on sale, it was gone literally in 1 hr for pretzels. The people are not friendly or care at all as well. Pick another location or better yet - change to a different company!
