The store itself is great--very clean and well organized--but the pharmacy is a mess. I arrived right when the pharmacy opened, signed in at the kiosk, and noticed my prescription wasn't showing in the system. I had a question, but even though there were at least six people behind the counter, no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. When I finally got assistance, they realized my prescription should've already been ready. There was confusion because they thought additional authorization was needed due to an out-of-pocket expense, even though I provided my savings card and explained I was fine paying out-of-pocket--as I've done several times before. Overall, the experience just felt unprofessional. A simple "How can I help you?" or a clarifying question early on could've saved a lot of time and frustration. CVS as a whole is great, but this pharmacy location could use some improvement in communication and customer service. read more

This pharmacy has the absolute worse customer service and for sometime now! Waited hours for a prescription to finally be filled and then hand them my pharmacy card -only to be told I would need to get out of line and let them redo my pricing! How hard is it to scan a card. I was told they would have to enter everything by hand -really???? You're sick and waited hours for them fill the prescription to drive up and be told you aren't able to scan a card? This is not the first time but it will be the last time rude employees with no ability to work a register or even spell basic last names will handle our prescriptions. If you're looking for a professional and competent pharmacy this one is definitely not it - CVS your HR needs a major overhaul! read more

Whoever designed their IVR is an idiot. refilling a prescription is such an ordeal, I'd almost prefer to do without.

So sad that this pharmacy has gone down so badly that I feel like it's the worst pharmacy ever! We went interested in getting our COVID vaccine. there were 7 people standing in the pharmacy - with no customers around. the lady refused to consider giving the vaccine saying we needed an appt. On the paper there at the pharmacy desk it says walk in as well as appts. The on line appointment scheduler was awful for CVS. We called Walgreens and had an appt scheduled easily today without hassle. Rude staff at CVS - not responding to pt need. Would give this location a minus score if possible. Not helpful. read more

This pharmacy is the best. My prescriptions are always $5 for a month supply, or free for a 3 month supply per my prescription plan. If my scripts are a different price, it's because they were filled early. The curteousy phone calls to remind me I haven't picked up my prescriptions were turned into text messages. Awesome! The staff in the pharmacy is ALWAYS curteous and helpful. They have always (for 6 years now) answered all my questions patiently and with interest. The store is newly remodled and clean. Items are always in stock. I'm perplexed at the other reviews, but judging by the dates and content, it's more than likely user error. I highly recommend this store! read more

The biggest reason I give this store one stars is that I have begged them to stop calling me when my meds are ready. I actually had to block there number and they eventually started texting me. Had to block that as well after telling them I wasn't interested in that as a option. As far as the store itself there is nothing wrong with this location. Very friendly staff, well stocked and clean. The pharmacy staff is also great. They just need to work on the whole privacy aspect. read more

I would give them no stars if I could've. My doctor gave me a paper prescription with penicillin and a painkiller since I got my wisdom teeth out today. I dropped the paper off on Tuesday, went to pick up my prescription on Wednesday before work, and had my surgery Thursday morning. The lady handed me one prescription, the penicillin. I told her I was suppose to have two and she denied it. I asked if she still had the paper prescription and she said yes so I asked her to double check. She claimed she looked and said there was only one prescription on it. Went to my appointment today and told my doctor about this and he said there was suppose to be two prescriptions. everyone in the office couldn't believe this happened and they said that they have never heard of a incident like this. Along with this, the staff at this CVS pharmacy is always rude and seem like they have better things to do then help customers. I always went to this pharmacy because it was on the way home from classes and my job so it was convenient. After my prescription incident I will be looking for a new pharmacy. I can't have them denying a prescription in the future! read more

Call your insurance and ask them what your prescriptions cost CVS will try to triple or more the cost. Is this not robbery?? They tried to charge me $37 for a prescription that was under $5. Check with your insurance company before you pick up your prescriptions. read more

I would like to thank an employee here baked Dustin. (I'm sorry I don't know his last name.). Every time I come into this store, he always goes above and beyond to help me find what I need. He is very knowledgeable about items in the store and frequently knows ways to help me save money. (Today his advice saved me $15!) he is always friendly, polite, and professional. He always makes me feel like I am a valued customer. It never feels like he's just "doing a job". He seems to genuinely care about the people who come into the store. Wish cVS could clone him because unfortunately that is not always the experience I have at CVS stores. I really do appreciate his excellent customer service! read more

Rude pharmacy associates, really strange drive up rules and the complete lack of customer service skills makes this a dreadful experience. I have complained several times to the pharmacy about their rude associates, but it seems to not help. Most recently I received a text saying my automatic refill was ready for my long term prescription, I have 2 monthly prescriptions and I got 2 different texts. When I went to the drive up, I was only given 1 prescription. I asked about the second, explaining about the 2 texts. The clerk at the window said there was only one. I was a little inconvenienced, but asked if the second one could be refilled and I would get it a little later. I was told, that she could not take refill orders at the window. Now it wasn't like I drove up to order refills, CVS messed up and I needed my second automatic refill filled! The clerk said I could come into the store or call it in. This clerk was looking at my file, she could have pushed a button. So while driving, I had to call in the refill. Safety is not a CVS concern. My insurance company has been bugging me to do mail order scripts. Going that way from now on. read more

The associates at the register up front are friendly and welcoming. The associates working in the pharmacy are reminiscent of stepping into the abyss of Hell. They are rude, unfriendly, and incompetent on a good day. There are maybe two people who work in the pharmacy that have a semblance of humanity. Your prescription is never ready or they continue to ask you for your insurance card when nothing has changed. Not to mention the harassing calls and texts. There is always a problem or an issue, which is always the customers fault. Unhelpful and awful. Avoid at all costs! read more
