So let me get this straight: the store is OPEN, shelves are STOCKED, customers are READY to purchase... but Walmart locks up merchandise and makes it impossible to buy after 8 PM. How is that not a direct hit to your own bottom line? Revenue lost: Customers leave without spending a dime. Payroll still running: Employees are on the clock while sales walk out the door. We shop here frequently as we are Care Pass members. They have great sales and by utilizing the monthly $10.00 Care Pass, their coupons, and bonus books, we get exceptional values for our money. I received a bill in June for medications Pharmcare originally claimed were delivered to my father at home and therefore the money deducted could not be refunded. My father was not at home during the entire period of time we utilized pharmcare nor were medications ever delivered here. They informed me they needed to investigate and have called me several times for me to discuss Daddy's death date and state. The director told me 'theoretically' I am owed money and not owed money since the facility Daddy was in accepted the meds. I understand pharmacies make mistakes but the consumer should never have to pay for the error of a business and the heartlessness is too much to fanthom.
