Walmart Horn Lake, MS -- Another Store, Same Problem…read more At this location, Customer Service Associate Tee told me: "Everyone with keys for hardware leaves at 8 PM." So let me get this straight: the store is OPEN, shelves are STOCKED, customers are READY to purchase... but Walmart locks up merchandise and makes it impossible to buy after 8 PM. How is that not a direct hit to your own bottom line? Revenue lost: Customers leave without spending a dime. Payroll still running: Employees are on the clock while sales walk out the door. Corporate values ignored: Walmart claims its culture is built on: Service to the customer Respect for the individual Strive for excellence Act with integrity (Walmart Values) Here's the bigger issue: this isn't just one store. I experienced the SAME FAILURE at the Southaven, MS location. This is looking like a regional problem, not an isolated mistake. We shop here frequently as we are Care Pass members. They have great sales and by utilizing the monthly $10.00 Care Pass, their coupons, and bonus books, we get exceptional values for our money. The employees here were very helpful and everything was in stock. I was soooo impressed! The Isles and stock was very nice and neat. I could not believe the difference between this place and the regular Wal-Mart! I can say I will be back! Its worth the extra drive from the Getwell area to Horn Lake. Just look at the photos I took. It looked like that in every section of the store. The checkout stations were all open and worked well.

I received a bill in June for medications Pharmcare originally claimed were delivered to my father at home and therefore the money deducted could not be refunded. My father was not at home during the entire period of time we utilized pharmcare nor were medications ever delivered here. They informed me they needed to investigate and have called me several times for me to discuss Daddy's death date and state. The director told me 'theoretically' I am owed money and not owed money since the facility Daddy was in accepted the meds. I understand pharmacies make mistakes but the consumer should never have to pay for the error of a business and the heartlessness is too much to fanthom.
