Pulled up to tank and started pumping. It was then I realized that the pump price was 10 cents more than the street sign (for all grades). Not being a regular at Sheetz I thought maybe this was a rewards member price or a cash-only price. Finished the fill and drove off (so I spend an extra $1.10 on a tank, no big deal). Yesterday morning I pull in and what do you know, still 10 cents more. I went inside to inquire and spoke to one of the managers on duty. I asked why the price was different...and no, there is no cash only price. While he did not seem too concerned and confirmed that no other customer raised this concern he did offer to buy me a cup of coffee or refund the difference from last week. I told him not to worry, I just wanted to understand what was going on. I did see him go out and check the sign and the pumps. I passed the store a few hours later and noticed that the street sign price had dropped by 10 cents AND, swinging by the tanks, noticed the price adjusted correctly. I appreciate that the manager took the time to talk to me and to make things right. I can cut a little slack for the oversight as they have new people, but someone was asleep at the wheel...customers and employees. The convenience of the location and the price (for now) are a great perk for our neighborhood.

I asked who manages it, the man said he doesn't know. I asked how to get in contact with them, he said they will be here at 3pm. I asked how they have something in their parking lot but not know anything about it, he said he just works during the day. This was my second time here. The first time half the bumps were out of order and took 20 minutes to full my tank halfway. If you're going to charge for air you better make sure it works and if it doesn't, then make it right!

Got a homemade biscuit the size of my hand. Wow! Great lil grill plus I got to park my rig overnight. I'd come back. I did kinda notice the store itself needs some serious attention when it comes to a lack of organization. To those individuals leaving one or two stars: wow, really?! You must have been lucky to NEVER work a retail or customer service job, with all of the nastiness you've been writing. I've actually worked in a pharmacy before and it is generally a NONSTOP job for the majority of their shift. They try to do their jobs as best they can and answer your questions as best they can as well. You should be aware of several things before you go getting pissed at them. Most of the wrong answers you get, such as NO, are due to your crappy insurance and two: they have another set of people calling you that are NOT physically located at the Walgreens, however, technology allows for them to use the same phone number. Please, keep in mind that they sometimes have issues with their phones or computers as us normal folk do. So, next time that those from this area of North Carolina leave a nasty comment, remember where you live and those fine southern manners and make everyone's day much better by hiding your embarrassingly nasty attitude. Thank you from the other Fuquay-Varina residents....... I certainly would be calling you out if I were there next to you when you'd be speaking that way. Have human decency.

Waited in line for pharmacy for 30 minutes behind one car. If I am correct, customer should have been asked to come back or to come inside to shop. The line of cars behind me was excessive but staff apologized for the long wait.
