The employees are nice, understanding and do take accountability if they make any errors and are quick to fix them. I love the diversity of this place, if English is not your first language, they have employees that are bilingual and can help you. It's safe to say that you will be heard in this store. I've only been in here a couple times while traveling with my husband but within those times the place just continues to grow on me. Yesterday was adorable to say the least as I saw one of the employees get so excited when a customer asked her about the rewards program, her enthusiasm made me want to sign up. I was a bit perturbed at not being welcomed when I came in today (October 17, 2025) and another I walked by who made eye contact with me said nothing, but shortly thereafter, three other employees came up to me, smiling asking if I needed assistance. I like most of their clothes, but I simply didn't see anything I was dying to have. At one point, I grabbed a boot jack which I desperately need, especially as I get older. Lol. A young staff member walked up to me and said, "Just to let you know, that's actually $29.99 not $19.99." She was re-labeling them as we spoke. That's precisely why I knocked off a star.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. She checked me in quickly and I was taken back in no time. The LPN and medical assistant were also friendly and they quickly got me seen and ordered me my meds. Service was great and fast! Will definitely make this my go to urgent care spot from now on. Both the front and the back of the facility was clean.

The one-seater restroom is typical for this size of convenience store, but the unusual part was that there was a sign that asked us not to flush the toilet paper (but to place the used paper in the trash can), as if I was in a third-world country or something. Well, I flushed the paper anyway & it was just fine! This is Texas, not a third-world country, people. Either fix your plumbing, or stock up on more biodegradable toilet paper.

You'll notice right away the clean white bricks on the outside. Ample, free parking is available. As soon as you walk in, there is an old-fashioned coin-operated kiddie ride horse. It's adorable. Then there's the polished wood floor. The high ceilings. The uber organized sections for men, women, and children. Multiple dressing rooms. My favorite area is probably hats. There is an attendant specially for that section to get your new hat fitted, shaped, and on your way to the upcoming fair & rodeo in Lea County. I was greeted at the store, but was slightly disappointed at the lack of customer service thereafter. Nonetheless, I will be back for some new jeans. They also sell jewelry, belts, cowboy wallets, coolers, tumblers, and more. Roy Rogers sang, "Let me ride through the wild open country that I love / Don't fence me in." Do it in style too...
