This is a very good sized CVS location. It is conveniently located on Route 3A in Hingham. I was across the street at one of the restaurants having dinner and I remembered I needed to pick up a few items so I decided instead of driving to the CVS locations closer to where I live why not go to this one while I was right there. It is set up a little differently than the stores that I am used to but I was able to find my way around pretty good and only had to ask where just one of the items on my list was located. The employees on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful. I did notice a few out of stocks but I also noticed an employee emptying out merchandise totes and restocking so had I arrived there a little later I may have noticed less items missing from the shelves. They have two self checkout registers at the front of the store and that saved me some time because the line to check out with the cashier was about 5 customers deep. The store was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. Plenty of parking available in their spacious parking lot. I would shop at this store again. read more

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. I've had multiple problems here but have never written a review. From constant waiting at the counter for someone to actually be seen in the store, to the pharmacy being unhelpful (Walgreens was much nicer, they listen, and were helpful. There's many choices in this area. Pass on this one. read more

I tried to get a refill on diabetic supply's and the girl with the tattos at the drive though window was slow and didn't care. she was one of those entitled zoomers that hate working. She did nothing for me so I changed pharmacys. I got my needles at another Pharmay in the supermarket they had samples they gave me till my transfer goes though to them. Just leave CVS its your right as a consumer to find value at other stores. read more

I was in for a shingles vax and didn't have my insurance card, but they were able to look me up with my policy number and save me $260! The man who gave me the shot was very personable and made the process clear and easy. read more

This is one of many CVS pharmacies in our town. They have sprouted up everywhere in recent years and there are several within a few miles of where I live. This is the one we go to as it is spacious and has ample parking. While we like to support the stand alone privately owned pharmacy in our town which is much like the "drugstore" I grew up with, the truth of the matter is that CVS makes one stop shopping so much easier and simply has more items and choice. We got our Covid boosters here a couple of weeks ago. It was very easy to go on-line to make an appointment. Although unnecessary for us as we are organized and keep a calendar, CVS sent us reminder emails and texts about our appointments. I do think that's a nice touch. When we arrived, the pharmacist was right on time. She was friendly and efficient. There is a small area where you can wait comfortably for the requisite 15 minutes post-injection. It was a seamless and not unpleasant encounter. In recent months, this CVS has done a huge reorganization project. In particular they have reorganized their cosmetics area and made it (or so it seems) much larger. I don't buy many cosmetics here but this is clearly a money maker for CVS and they have gone to town on it. One chronic issue for this particular CVS is that they never seem to have enough staff in the main part of the store. If you can't find something, there is never anyone to ask. This is annoying especially once the store got reorganized because then I really couldn't find things. Right now is probably not the time when they will be able to get more help given that it seems there is a staffing shortage everywhere. But I certainly hope they are trying. Overall, this is a good CVS. read more

It's a rather new CVS, just across the bridge from another CVS in Weymouth. It always seems quiet here and there always seems to be a dearth of staff (i.e. no photo person and just one or two associates working). The service is fine and this CVS seems to have everything. read more

This is far the best CVS Pharmacy on the South Shore. First, VI THE Pharmacist is on top of everything. She has straightened things out for me in the past, and she's very good about making sure the medications needed are in stock. Second, the store is clean and organized. Third, the store has a wide variety of items which others do not. Yes, I saw the complaints about the drive thru but everyone has a bad day and I use it a lot. I had one employee be rude to me but 99% of the time he's very nice. Vi keeps that place running and now all my sisters have transferred all their prescriptions sent here and they find the store the best around the area . . read more

This is the WORST CVS i have ever gone too. I called looking for documentation of the flu shot i had in Sept. THEY LOST MY RECORD. they have NO PROOF that i had it! i signed a waiver and gave them my insurance card.. and now i need it for my job and they HAVE LOST IT. talk about HIPAA laws being broken. The pharmacist i spoke to was the rudest person i have ever spoken too. She was insisting that i was wrong, when i remember going there as clear as day. read more

I just left this location after shopping there for the second time in a very long time. I came in two days ago and had my cvs card on my keys and made a purchase which resulted in me receiving a $3 off coupon. So, I returned to make a larger purchase today but had my other set of keys. I was told I couldn't use my coupon nor would they give me a store card so I could get the sale prices for the insoles I was purchasing. I left and will not be returning. I do want to say the blond sales lady was very helpful helping me find things onboth occasions. Also the store smells like mildew. read more

It is always clean in here, and you can find what you are looking for. There was one time that the register ran out of paper when it was printing my reciept with all the coupons on it. I told the girl that there was a $3 extra bucks that didnt print out, and she just handed me a $5 one for "my trouble"! I thought that was so nice of her. read more

Customer service today was absolutely disgusting. I had gone in an hour prior to this instance to get my passport photo taken. When I got hime I realized that the photo was taken incorrectly, so I went down again to get it redone. The person who had taken my photo was not there, so I got in line to ask for it to be redone and was asked by Drew to wait until the other patrons were taken care of. As there were three people behind me and others in the store who I knew would be lining up, I asked if he could bring someone else to help. He called for another person, Joe, who came up to another cash register and started helping other patrons. I asked if he could help us, but he rudely said he had to wait on other people first. The line was getting longer, so my mother went up to him and said we had been in line and were the ones who asked Drew to get someone else to help us. He was extremely rude again to my mother. Thankfully Drew got off the register and took my photo. From now on, we will not be patronizing this CVS. There are other options in our town where we know people are not jerks like Joe. read more

Kara is a problem.I use a paper coupon once a week, it always says pending validation and she asks me if I've already used it.Obviously not, the coupon was deducted from my purchase and I left. Kara does not put the receipt in my bag.This is 2nd time I've had a issue with this employee. One can read her mood right thru her expression which is highly inconsistent.This store should look to replace her, she is a detriment to this particular store.Fortunately there is a CVS right up the road in Weymouth,have never had a problem there. read more

Kara the cashier was very rude when the chip on my card did not work. Instead of offering a solution like to swipe or override (as her coworker suggested) she just said "it doesn't work" a few times and made me look like a fool.
