When you call, a person picks up the phone rather than an answering service where it's next to impossible to get a human being. The staff will get to know you and all seem super nice. You're definitely more than just a number here. This is mainly a pharmacy for prescriptions, and while they do sell OTC medicines, you will not find a selection of food, cosmetics, gifts, etc here. Stuckey Pharmacy has a Drive-Thru which makes pick up a breeze for older people, those with disabilities, or folks with kids. This is my pharmacy, and I like them a lot. BUT today I was…read morewaiting on line to pick up a prescription and the line went back almost to the Minute Clinic. I didn't care about the line. What I cared about was the older gentleman who tapped on the door of the MC, and what happened when it was opened to him. He told the woman inside that his wife had made an appointment online, and they were there. The woman told him he'd have to wait for a phone call and then they'd let him in. He explained that his wife had a problem with her foot which was so painful she was barely able to stand and that's why they made the appointment online. The woman then got very rude, telling him that she'd said she would call him, and that she was on her lunch hour so they'd have to wait. She spoke to him in the rudest tone. I was shocked that man was treated in such a rude and condescending manner.

I'm told to let them know in advance when we will need it, and I do let them know, but then they say they can't order it in advance, even though it's a regular prescription. When I asked them last month how much the prescription was, they wouldn't tell me, and one of the techs refused to help me. Yesterday I went in to notify them that the doctor would be calling in the script tomorrow, and they said why can't she call it in today? I told her the appointment is tomorrow. So I called today to make sure they filled the script, and they said it can't be filled till the fourth. I said that must be a mistake, it was filled on the 28 of August for 30 days, so they told me to call back again at 2:30 that the pharmacist was too busy! I explained that I took the time to go in yesterday, and that I call in advance, I asked them to call me when they figure it out, and he said no even though I called once they can't call me back. So I started to tell him that they shorted me some pills and he hung up on me! They are busy, but they are also the rudest, most incompetent people i have ever seen. They can't even answer a question, I honestly don't know how they function. It's not like I'm yelling at them, they actually get annoyed if you ask a question! Never seen anything like it.
