I guess she could not locate or see the other stores availability of medication nor attempted to find another option. That is suppose to be the customers job to do. Switched to CVS pharmacy instead. A bigger chain of pharmacies and had no problems doing the leg work and calling Walgreens to transfer everything over. Did not ask me to do it for them. Walgreens officially lost my business. This review is of the Walgreens store pharmacy at 890 Wes5 Main Street in Lansdale PA…read more1. dispenses medication and says there is no record of it in their computer system. 2. do not know how to process Medicare advantage prescriptions correctly. for three months in a row it took over a week to get the same prescription filled because their staff did not know how to submit it correctly. 3. when I tried to transfer my prescriptions to CVS they denied the transfers saying there were no refills left on any of my prescripti9ns, but I was able to go back to there website and process refills the next day. I only wanted to prove there were indeed refills left on the prescriptions and as soon as they emailed me tha5 the prescriptions were ready I cancelled them. they inquired why I cancelled them, and they denied that they declined to transfer the prescriptions. I'm sorry, I believe CVS not Walgreens. the level of incompetence is egregious! I wouldn't trust them to even fill my dog's prescriptions. all of their customers should beware, these people are very incompetent and you could be their next victim!

Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
