My experience: Monday: Submitted request to fill my prescription - it was a holiday, so I knew I wouldn't get it that day, but the ETA was Wednesday even though they were open on Tuesday. Fine, whatever. Wednesday: I get a notification from the app saying my prescription couldn't be filled and that I had to call about it. When I called, they simply said they would start filling it (with no explanation or mention of why the app said it couldn't be filled). I was told it would be ready the following day at the latest. Thursday: It gets to be late in the day, with my prescription still showing "in process" in the app, so I called to check on it. Only now was I told that there was a nationwide shortage of my medication and they were out of stock. I mentioned I wasn't told that when I called the previous day, and all I was offered in response was "I don't know why they didn't tell you, it's pretty well-known there's a shortage". Gee thanks. So the medication was likely out of stock since the moment I submitted my request, but for some reason it took 3 days - and me actively checking on the status - for that to be communicated to me. I would probably never fill here again even if the only issue was that my prescription sat idle for a day and a half - typical experience is to have it filled same day, often even within a half hour. But everything that happened after that is a clear demonstration of incompetence at some level, whether it's a corporate issue or not. As a final note, Google reviews mention waiting on hold when you call, and that was my experience as well. There were multiple callers ahead of me each time - but on the flip side, after all of this I called 4 other pharmacies in search of my medication and I wasn't on hold with any of them. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

To the time spent at the pharmacy counter waiting to be acknowledged by the pharmacist just feet away whom is trying to avoid helping you in hopes that his under-staff will eventually get to you. Of course after getting through the cloud of smoke from the often 2-3 employees out front every 10 minutes for smoke breaks and social media time, could be tricky. Dodging customers seems to be the main topic in their corporate Human Resources Orientation class. The Lewis Center DDM and other pharmacies in Grove City are my comparisons to here. Whomever runs this store is failing as a store manager and its time they are terminated. If you're there to get a Covid shot, the man in a White coat will mow you down to get to the next patients arm, and then tolerate the many complaints from the patients/victims as he encourages them that the band-aid will solve the after-effects they are now complaining about, if they would just get up and leave the premises. After all, people are still standing at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for any acknowledgment that I have been standing at the counter again...waiting for 15 minutes while the pharmacists and his staff avoid any eye-contact until they are ready to ring you up or answer your questions. Save yourself the hassle and go to Walgreens, Walmart, CVS because the service at Grove City Discount Drug Mart is so bad, I'm willing to pay a higher price somewhere else for quality service.

If they don't stock what you need, they order it in quickly. They also deliver. Finally, they have never messed up a prescription and this is why I stopped using the "Big Chain" pharmacy. Weekend hours are limited but I am willing to give up some convenience for great service.

In addition to prescriptions, you can pick up almost anything you need. Snacks, groceries, laundry detergent, you name it.
