Now that it's built out and new, I really have no negatives as a customer. Everyone at the pharmacy has been attentive and helpful. I would t say anyone is over-the-top friendly, but that is almost never my expectation. They've always been professional and kind enough when I pick up prescriptions inside or at the drive-thru pickup window. I hope this continues to be my experience and I don't have to update with a less-than review!

This is a very busy pharmacy in a densely populated neighborhood. Staff is often harried, "on the…read morerun," and "in the weeds." Customer service reflects this. If everything runs smoothly and you're the sort who's not looking for a friendly face, there's no problem. But if something goofs up (the tablet doesn't work, etc), you can expect a whole lot of attitude. CVS could remedy this with more staff.

Franklinton Market is exactly what Franklinton needed. I live in Franklinton and we were in desperate need of a local place around that corner that we could run to for any sorts of needs. As I walked through the market for the first time I took note of many items that I find myself forgetting on my big grocery runs, or items that I may need for a recipe that I don't always have on hand. Some of which were cheese, milk, eggs, bagels, pasta sauce, cinnamon rolls, the list could go on and on. What I loved were many things. One was how clean and in order the market was. It was in order, brightly lit, and just a happy atmosphere. That may have something to do with the owner Rasheedah greeting those coming through the door. She is a beacon of light and happiness. She knows the neighborhood and she wants to contribute to what those in the area need. She does not just say this, she walks the walk. She is fielding suggestions from the locals, from the neighbors, from her soon to be regulars. A young boy in the area told Rasheeda that she should have ice cream on hand. Now you can come into Franklinton Market and there is many ice cream choices on hand at all times. This is what Franklinton needed. Franklinton Market is perfect for Franklinton. Thank you Rasheeda and Tamieka for contributing to our incredible neighborhood. It truly means the world to me.
