One outstanding feature of this store is that it has a liquor store section of the main store, with it's own clerks, etc. And it's open the same hours as the CVS, so that means until 10 PM at night most nights. Only after we got CVS corporate involved, which can actually get a real person to answer the phone as opposed to only VM's that customers are offered and have a low percentage of calls returned, did the rude, stubborn staff do what all of us had been asking. The most frustrating service and poor treatment. Will do everything possible to avoid and always go to Notre Dame Pharmacy. Our doctor's office is also advising against having prescriptions filled here because of numerous bad experiences.

I understand we went in after lunch and the day of a holiday. However, there was no one in the pharmacy that seemed to enjoy their job. Maybe they were short staffed, I understand. That doesn't mean it's okay be rude to the patients. The pharmacist even told me she was still drunk! At this point I was questioning if it was from NYE the day before or their lunch break that just ended. She couldn't talk without slurring her words. Also let's discuss their "immunization corner."
