Came here around 4 PM in the evening, and it was kind of packed. The parking lot was full, but we…read moremanaged to snag a spot without too much trouble. The entrance was calm, which was nice, and once inside, everything was mostly where it belonged. Employees were around, just organizing shelves--nothing wild, no one really stood out. We came for bathroom stuff--like toothpaste, lotion, wipes, soap--some protein shakes, and juice. Took a bit to find the lotion since it was tucked in with the makeup. That area was kind of crowded, but we got everything we needed. The store smelled like pretzels from Auntie Anne's, which was a fun little bonus. We also came for socks and boxers. The socks were easy to find, but the boxers were tricky at first--some were $32, which is way too expensive . Luckily, we found a pair for $9, so problem solved. Prices in general felt normal, though some things were a bit high. Nothing really funny or weird happened, no odd signs or announcements. The vibe of the store felt okay--pretty standard Walmart. Overall, it's an average spot. You can get what you need, but keep an eye on prices and check the shelves carefully for hidden items.

The counter person told me that they did not have the time or capability to verify. I was told to call her insurance toll free member to confirm coverage, Once I verified, I could fill the prescription at this location. I had to return home to make the call. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I was able to verify coverage. They transferred her prescription to Walgreens and I was able to pick up her three medications just 15 minutes before closing time. BCBS informed me that the Walgreens counter person had the ability to verify insurance coverage in seconds. Instead, I had to deal with another millennial who gleefully outlined in excruciating detail why he could not help me directly. In the time he told me no he could have simply verified BCBS insurance coverage. The pharmacist on duty noticed but simply ignored the lack of customer service. When you have a sick child, you need professionals who care. This Walgreens location could not have cared less. God bless America,

We tried to make an appointment online but system was down. Sign at pharmacy clearly states "Walkins Welcome!". There was not one other customer there. There were 3 pharmacists there. They would not give her the booster because they had 'limited supply'. Very rude dismissive and disrespectful attitudes. They gave me a 1-800 number to call to make an appointment in the future. Keep in mind, not one other customer was there. We then went to Tom Thumb and though they had a line, they were super friendly and accommodating. Will never return to that CVS for any reason.
