The place looks like it's closed since it's overgrown with weeds, signs on some of the pumps, and looks in disarray, but the lights are on and there is an employee working inside the convenience store. Sad to say that it's gone back down hill significantly. The trash cans are filled to the brim, so much so that they're overflowing and there's trash on the ground. The grounds are overgrown and filled with weeds making it obvious that no landscaping is done. To make matters worse, today, I pull up to a gas pump and the screen is off. I back up my car to the next one and it doesn't work. I see another car try two pumps and then drive off, so I go into the store and ask the two attendants if there's not gas. They confirm the regular gas pumps are off because they're low. I tell them it would be nice if they put a sign on each pump for customers informing them of that and they couldn't care less. They didn't apologize, nor express any sort of remorse for inconveniencing guests. Poor customer service plus the unkempt grounds will have me going elsewhere every time.

That is the loyalty there. Then it hired Julia, who turned this store around. She was commuting from Lake City and has four children. The management won't pay for her to travel from Lake City.
