Pharmacy had great hours but they can get confused with the location of the orders. I will point out they've never lost or left them unfilled, I believe it to be an organizational issue. All the employees are nice and approachable. This is the store I use for all my little needs and medicines and will continue to. Having their card makes a fairly significant difference when shopping and I recommend getting one.

I recently shopped at this Walmart and purchased several clothing items along with four beauty…read moreproducts. After arriving home, I realized that although the beauty products were listed on my receipt and paid for, they were never placed in my bag at checkout. The store is approximately 30 minutes from my home, so I had to make a one-hour round trip the following day to retrieve items that I had already paid for. When I returned, customer service verified my receipt and instructed me to go back through the store and collect the items again before they could provide them to me. While I appreciate that the store ultimately gave me the merchandise I had purchased, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. The mistake was not mine, yet I had to spend additional time, gas, and effort to correct it. I politely asked whether any form of customer-service compensation or goodwill gesture could be offered due to the inconvenience, but both customer service and management stated that there was nothing they could do. I also contacted corporate customer service and received the same response. Everyone I spoke with was professional, but I left feeling that my time and inconvenience were not valued. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but I believe there should be a better way to address situations where customers have to return to the store because of an error during checkout. I hope Walmart will consider improving its customer-service policies for situations like this in the future.

They closed down the pharmacy at Peoples Plaza at 5:00 pm on 10/21/24 because there was no staff to man the pharmacy. Been trying to get prescriptions post-surgery for over 24 hours with no success. Stay away from this establishment as they are clearly not meeting needs of the community and are being mismanaged. All I wanted were pain meds, but I hope no one was unable to get their actual life-saving prescriptions last night!

(Never heard about this, never experienced this in my 56 years on the planet) dropped off my wife who just had surgery and returned to this establishment at 2:21. I was told to come back later the prescriptions were not ready. This is not a compounding pharmacy so all they do is locate the medication and count out the amount of pills perscribed affix a label, place the prescriptions in a bag and collect the money. Not sure why this store has such horrific service however I will never return. I suggest you don't either.

We called the manager on duty and told her to check the cameras and 30 mins later she's comes back and apologizes for the actions of her employee saying that we did scan everything in our shopping cart. The reason we upset is that this has happen more than once to us at this location. Please let me know if I can sue them so they will not assume that people are thieves without proof .

My late grandmother went here, so when I got sick of waiting in walmart lines, I decided to try them out. in comparison to walmart this is worlds of magnitude better. if you have anxiety, it is so much more comfortable to go here. I dont feel nervous here. The environment is not overwhelming and doesnt feel cold and clinical, its like you belong there. They fill prescriptions promptly. The pharmacist is very easy to talk to and will answer your questions. He makes sure the medicines you are taking dont interact badly. I've been going here for a little over 6 years.

They said yes, my urgent care visit was in Havre de grace at UNI. When I left there it took about 8-10 minutes to get to northeast and it was already filled when I pulled in. I know this because they came down from the back to grab the already stapled bag and lay it on the counter once I identified myself. Nobody was in line in front of me and I paid and was in and out in about 4 minutes. Walmart....I bet it would have been an hour or two with twenty people in line.

More than once, she has called me to advise me about certain mixes of medication. The shop is always ready to call my doctor to renew a prescription. I get all my shots there and they are administered competently and painlessly. I have observed their patience and empathy serving an elderly and somewhat confused patient. Of course, behind them is our dysfunctional medical system, so it's expected that they could have a bad day. Anyway, I am a decades-long satisfied customer.
