There was only one patient in the waiting room. It was about 1:00 p.m. a half hour before they closed. I filled everything out and the machine told me they couldn't accommodate today, schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Really? What the heck. No one was there, and they were open for a half hour longer. Speaking of which, why are you closing at 1:30 in the afternoon? Sick people aren't on a schedule. They have the worst schedule and they're rude. No one who is sick feels like going out multiple days in a row. Tell me again about the greatest health care system. She…read morethen went to try to process my debit card multiples times saying their payment system was down. When I checked my bank statement I was charged multiple times. I've tried calling twice to get refunded and hopefully reembursed since their multiple charges have now put my bank account in the negative. Both times the people who I talked to said they would call me back and I have yet to receive a call back or a refund.
