Waiting in the drivethru at the window for upwards of 15 minutes while the small gentleman makes eye contact with you and then disappears- the camera is pointed right at the drivethru window and you can see yourself on the monitor above the pharmacy counter from your car so you know they can see you as well. Had to call them once from the drivethru window to inquire about my 3 prescription after a long and painful 14 minutes of watching the small man dodge doing his job WHICH isn't anything new and EVERYONE talks about it. We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. They were able to find a couple of staff members who didn't work in delivery, and they got the chair to my home at5 PM. I used the drive thru yesterday to pick up my husband's meds. I am getting a knee replacement surgery done, so it's hard for me to walk and I am wearing a knee brace. But this jerk got my adrenaline racing through my body, before I knew it, I was in the store looking for the manager. This is what happened......I drove up to the drive thru, I told the pharmacist who I was here for. He said just a minute. He came back on the speaker and told me the price of the scripts. I told him that I didn't want my husband's eye drops yet because his eye surgery isn't until next month. The doctor had called it in so it would be there when Kurt was ready to get it. This pharmacist says......JESUS CHRIST. I proceeded inside the store and confronted him. I got the manager. When the manager asked what was going on the pharmacist said to me....you are half correct.....I said what do you mean I am half correct.....he said I didn't say JESUS CHRIST, I said JESUS. Then he proceeds to turn to the miserable looking tech and said, she is my witness, she just heard me say JESUS.....I did not receive any apologies....nothing. My husband has been a customer for two years, this pharmacist has always been horribly rude, but this where I draw the line. Why keep this miserable person around? There have been other complaints. BTW when I grabbed the scripts and turned around to leave, I said I will be posting my experience everywhere I can, I heard the pharmacist say......go ahead....in front of the manager. Again, the manager didn't say or do anything.

It's a 7- Eleven. It's not the cleanest in the area. During the summer I was not able to get gas at…read morethis location due to a spider infestation on the gas pumps. My plenti card doesn't work at this location so I miss out on points. There's a couple staff members who are absolute gems. There are others that have the personality of a wet noodle. I will stop at this particular location if I'm in a hurry because it is close to my home. Otherwise I will drive the four miles to another 7-Eleven that is far better.
