WORST. PHARMACY. ANYWHERE. Do not take your prescriptions to this place! I cannot emphasize enough the recurring problems filling prescriptions there. I've moved every to CVS directly across the street where there has never been a problem.

They promptly started blaming me for incorrectly paying on the app, then stated "we have to call corporate we don't know how to do our jobs." This all occurred over 20 minute period while I attempted to sit patiently in the drive thru after the employee did not excuse herself & promptly shut the sliding door in my face without saying a word to me. They are the absolute WORST & I will NEVER be returning to the worst CVS I have ever been to in my LIFE. In the future, CVS should teach these ppl how to deal with customers, & also learn to apologize when you are totally incompetent. Lastly, never chastise or blame & don't yell at the customer for your CLEAR lack of abilities to do your job.

Mixed feelings about this store. It really is a nice clean full service store including dropping…read moreoff UPS shipments. It's convenient to get vaccinated there, quick in and out. They have some good sales. The problem is the pharmacy. If you want to get lower prices than your insurance copay or especially Medicare copays you frequently can by using any of the free coupon service cards you see for free in your doctors or vets office and on line. A couple names are Single Care and Good RX. The discount prices vary by pharmacy and CVS along with Walgreens are usually the highest priced using the cards, MEIJERS usually 50 to 75% cheaper with the discount cards. This CVS then makes it as inconvenient to use the cards as they can, grunting sometimes with moans as they tell you to go over to the drop off window so someone else can reprice the order. On a scale of service, Walgreens and MEIJERS are much nicer handling the repricing. On the plus side for the pharmacy they are usually as fast as MEIJERS at filling orders where Walgreens is a bit slower. I have no idea how Valley Pharmacy at Stracks, across the road compares. Their name doesn't come up as a discount card pricing place even though they may accept them. My rating average of three stars then can be assigned 5 to the store and the CVS Care service, and two to the pharmacy.
