As this is the third shit review for cvs pharmacy and will keep writing them corporate do your job when these reviews are write my husband hasn't had his medicine now for four days said it's on back order and don't know when but hasn't tried to get it from another location when he has to go to hospital for not having his medicine I will be sure to let them know that he hasn't had it due to you guys not doing your job oh and the technician when we drove up was on the computer ignoring us with no one even in the store do your jobs r find someone that will read more

I will never use CVS again. Besides the price gouging on OTC products, it's impossible to talk to someone on the phone. If I wanted to press 20 buttons on my phone call in my prescription, I'd go online and order from a website. I chose CVS in hopes of getting some old fashion customer service, but I guess that was too much to ask. I'd rather go to someplace like Walmart where I have no expectations of a pharmacist that gives a damn. read more

Horrible customer service. Two different times I was contacted that my prescription was ready only to go in and find out that it was billed wrong or filled the night before the prescription expired so that would not let me have it. Another time the pharmacy was short handed. Instead of trying to help as many customers as they could, the pharmacist and the tech chose to take time complaining to customer and encouraging them to call and complain. read more

Called the Pharmacy for my daughter's prescription and the female, her name is McKenna, was the rudest person ever! We've used this pharmacy for many years. She was very belittling and extremely rude. How they can keep someone of that status working with customers is totally unacceptable. read more

I just had a horrible experience with Jason the Pharmacy Manager for CVS Crystal City. He was extremely condescending, rude, dismissive, and arrogant. He went out of his way to make a situation worse instead of helping someone that needed his help. Clearly his customer's heath and wellbeing matter very little to him. This is the 2nd time I've tried to give CVS pharmacy another chance. I've looked passes no one answering the phone, the long wait times, getting texts to say your prescription is ready only to get there and it hasn't been filled. I try to be patient because I realize they are busy. It's sad because some of pharmacy techs seem to care, but their hands are tied! (It's pretty bad when they quietly encourage you to "please call corporate and hand you a card with the written down phone number! Please save yourself the embarrassment I just went through by "questioning" Jason and find a Pharmacy that cares about people and treats customers with respect. read more

last year I switched from Walgreens to cvs for first time due to new insurance. I have visited this location approximately 4 times and each was a bad experience from waiting in line for up to 30 minutes to misfiled prescriptions that took 25 minutes to locate. feedback and acknowledgment are slim. be aware employees are not on their best behavior and management does nothing which I suppose is due to lack of a hiring pool and training costs entailed. I asked to transfer to another cvs. on my first trip there the 2 employees and pharmacist ignored me and I was the only person in the entire area. I had to say hello before acknowledged. no problems with my scripts but be aware, not friendly here either in schnucks Gannon plaza. the attitude was of being put out. I'm thinking of paying out of network and going back to Walgreens. read more

Best pharmacy in town. Hot tip... just walk in...usually everyone's in the car pickup line... there's usually no wait inside at the pharmacy counter. Also if you go during nonpeak hrs, you're in and out in a flash! Same thing for the store in general. Need a last minute stop for milk... cvs! Not the lowest prices in town for general merch or groceries, but waaay faster in n out times read more

They never have the exact prescription that my doctor send over. Luckily I'm not a sickly person, but every time I've came here for any script they never have what I need. And I would shop around the store, but their prices on everyday needs are outrageous if it's not on sale. read more

Do not go here for Covid testing. After I tested positive for Covid there was no after care/prescription I was instructed to meet with my primary care doctor... so it's kind of pointless if I'm trying not to come in contact with people so now I have to start over and make a doctors appointment get prescriptions then come in contact with more people. Great for anything else but the pharmacy. I was picking up a prescription when the worker helping me abruptly announced that she was nauseous and leaving. I stood there for about 5 minutes before asking if I was going to get my medicine. I saw the glances and laughs shared between the other pharmacy techs. Thankfully I haven't been back, but I wanted to alert everyone of the very rude experience. I left a review for them after my visit and still haven't heard anything. My husband had an appointment for covid testing and the people at the drive thru let a woman sit there with an issue for over an hour while completely halting the line at a stand still. So much for having an appointment! He finally just left the line without getting tested after an hour and 15 minutes of sitting still. read more

I usually love CVS but this time when I went in for prescriptions there was a man named Jasper guessing he's the pharmacist. I gotta say the guy could care less and can't give you any information and just shrugs it off like he doesn't care. If he continues there I will be going elsewhere to fill my medicine.
