I had to change my son on the nasty floor (yes I had a mat, but I was still on my knees in a public restroom). Oh and there was a baby cockroach too which didn't make the situation better. I am super sick and have been to the urgent care thrice to get care, twice to get the right Rx, and told it would be over an hour wait in a zpak and cough syrup. It's literally 4 oz and a label, the z pak is literally scan the label and slap the sticker on it. I was told it would originally take 15 so I went to the custard place next door and came back only to be told it's now an hour. These people have zero respect or patient care. I'm driving around with a fever and pneumonia waiting on an Rx that should take 5, tops. It's not slammed, there was no one in the drive thru lane but me. I literally don't know how this place is in business, but it makes me want to cry. I cared so much for patients and to see how I've been treated even coming in with kindness, just sent me. Please remember, business is your livelihood, it keeps you in a job. Many of us are truly sick, even if we may look okay, your role is important, act like it and serve, it will come back to you tenfold. I'm going to go cry now and hope my custard can take this pain away until I can actually head back out again to go get my cough meds. I have been using this location my whole life and enough is enough. I have been battling between…read morethem, my Doctors, and my insurance company to get my medications. This location, specifically the half-bald-male-pharmacist was very rude, almost with a level of resentment and malice, constantly dropped the ball. This man would immediately say "we tried, your insurance won't approve for the 5th time, there's nothing I can do for you" he also insulted my use of government insurance and was explicit to say "you don't have insurance you have Medicaid, and your medicine is $1,300" as if I have any control of prices. So I went to the Walgreens on Erb road and after 4 months of dealing with this issue and very rude Pharmacist, the Erb location approved my medication on the very first try because they actually used the "Diagnosis code" that I informed the Pharmacist about every single time we spoke for over 10 phone calls. It kills me to know that there are people who have much less wit and will power than myself who are not receiving their medication due to people like this angry man ignoring basic functions of his own job (like entering a diagnosis code that his customer is explaining to him). Anyway. If you want to be fought with, insulted, and probably never receive your medication this is location is for you! I cannot express how disappointed and insulting my experiences have been here. I will never come back, have been a customer for 20 years.
