I had to change my son on the nasty floor (yes I had a mat, but I was still on my knees in a public restroom). Oh and there was a baby cockroach too which didn't make the situation better. By the time I was finished I was so frustrated by the experience that I did not shop at all and just walked out. I probably won't be back either.
