The Dr. Pharmacist is one of the nicest and caring people..has treated me very well since I've become a customer / patient. He has assisted me with my insurance company and answered all my questions..working with me and my Dr. For the best possible treatment...you CAN NOT get service like that at a CVS or Walgreens..trust me!! And all the kids who work here are all so sweet. Even a few years ago ( before I was a regular customer ), I got my Covid shoot here ( under protest as a NYC First Responder..facing termination if I didn't comply with vaccination mandates ), they were so understanding and sensitive about my concerns. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place..even if you popped in to make a xeronx copy, you will immediately see how special this place is...I was just there today and loved their Valentines gift selections..I'm gonna come back for chocolates and teddy bears next month . Like I said. There is something very special about this place. If you find yourself in the area, pop in and see what I mean. Enjoy

Several times medications for delivery were not delivered after a few days and I had to pick them up myself. 2. On other occasions, medications were not ready when I came to pick them up, hours after the prescription was sent in -- wasted trips. 3. Several times a mixup occurred when a prescription was called in and Trotta's claimed not to have received it -- wasted trips again. 4. THE WORST: I came to pick up medication for a colonoscopy that had been ordered many days before and was told it hadn't been ordered yet because they needed to know whether we would be responsible for the copay. No one called to ask us; they just waited for someone to come in and waste a trip. Furthermore, if we had come in for the meds the day before the colonoscopy we wouldn't have had them on time and would have had to cancel the procedure! This is inexcusable!
