One woman that works in the pharmacy is the most rude pharmacy person I've ever experienced. My first experience was listening to her talking to a customer on speakerphone. She was incredibly rude to the customer. I was shocked. Since then, every time I've gone in there, she is rude to everyone. I am having my last Rx filled there now. Im not even sure this store deserves a one star. But I went here because it is 1.6 miles from my house to get a few antibiotics filled. I just had a procedure done and have an opened wound . It's been four days now without my antibiotic. So very uncalled for. Im so pissed off !!!!P.S. I just got home from cvs getting my antibiotics. I asked a few questions of the manager about what was the hold up? I got no words just a bunch of shrugged shoulders . They will be reported. read more

Just when you think this store might be trying to improve, they make sure to show you just how little they care, so rude & the tone is one you would expect from a disgruntled teenager. I turned in a Rx. at 10:30am & ask would I get it today? Their answer was ,I have know idea,we will text you when it's ready, and no matter what I said after that she just keep repeating, we will text you when it's ready. Worst pharmacy ever! Nothing is ever ready when expected. With good insurance price for meds change monthly. One minute they take Good Rx. Next month go back they say they no longer will take Good rx, then this month they allow Good RX. Changed all meds over to Kroger Pharmacy where they are more helpful, charge way less and are consistent! read more

Standing in a line of 9 people with one pharmacy cashier taking her sweet time. Counted 12 people total working back in the pharmacy area all smiles and giggling having a good time with each other. Finally get to the counter and they say only 3 of 4 prescriptions have been filled if I would like to wait 10 minutes or come back. I got the call two hours ago they were ready for pickup. Every person in line had to wait while it seemed drive through customers received top priority. Complete mismanagement and unorganized. How they are certified is beyond me. read more

Called to get status on prescriptions..the lady that answered my call was very rude and not helpful!!!

Sadly...I must agree with so many others. I have used the Crosby CVS for 10 yrs because of location. We do not fill routine prescriptions but do have the need for pharmacy services at least 6-8 x a year. The wait for prescription fills is unreasonably long. Sometimes greater than 24 hrs...when someone is ill or being released from the hospital, that is Inexcusable and the pharmacy staff is borderline rude. I've used them for the last time. Will try Walmart or Walgreens. Not as convenient for me but I'm done with that CVS. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! do not use!!!! Three days behind all prescriptions and not even apologetic. Transferred everything to Walgreens.

WALGREENS-CROSBY,TX WROST CS EVER!!!! As a favor I dropped 3 Rx for my daughter through the drive through, put them in the box & sent it: the voice on the other end YELLS 'CAN I HELP YOU!?' I said did you look in the box? She said ' NO' I said please look in the box, I placed 3 prescriptions in it to be filled, then she said ' just a minute' well, 20 minutes later she acknowledged receipt and when they would be ready. In total a 45 minute deal and I was first in line!!! One hour later my daughter receives phone message that 2 prescriptions are ready then another message that a third prescription can not be filled secondary to expiration of health insurance card, LOL, they filled 2 out of 3 with no insurance issues? Then she calls unable to reach a live person, finally the system tells her the prescription will be ready at 2:30pm. Now this is enough to work someone's nerves! read more

You would think by going in, picking up meds, and paying for them with your hospital tag still on they would inform you one of your needed meds is not in. I guess it's what I get for assuming they know their job. I'm moving my business elsewhere, where common meds are kept in stock and no wait time for a common med to come in.
