I have received nothing short of outstanding service, from some of the nicest and most caring folks…read morepossible, at this location. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! My cat Geronimo has been sick and the compounded meds they've provided have saved his life! Every month the med might need to be changed, and even on short notice after getting test results they've dug in and figured it out for us. If it weren't an hour from me I would get all of our meds here! It's hard to find a good compounding pharmacy these days, and they provide selection and value beyond that of any other pharmacy out there.

AVOID!!! The staff was rude, uncoordinated, unresponsive,…read moreand uninformed. I had to plead with them to get basic information out of them. I'm a new patient, I don't know how any of this works, and one employee hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. When I called the number back, it went to a voice mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to get a different number from Google and I was on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally got in contact with someone, I asked for the owner and was put on hold again. When I told the owner that I had had a terrible time with his employees and that nobody seemed to care, he put me on hold for 8 and 1/2 minutes. After I told him that I was in a depressive episode with suicidal ideation. He left me for 8 and 1/2 minutes... I just want my depression medication. They just want my money and they want no responsibility. This location does not care. If you are a human being looking to be treated as such, please avoid this location. They are awful.

This is a great pharmacy. The pharmacist is the best. Like an old time pharmacy. They remember…read moreyou and your health needs and go out of their way to help you.

Went to this office to redo my hepatitis B series because it was required for respiratory therapy…read moreschool. It's a series of three shots where you get one, wait a month, get another, then wait 6 months and then get the final shot. The office was so disorganized that they couldn't remember which of the three shots I was on ,and I had to keep reminding them. To me, as the patient, that seems to be clinical information that they should be on top of, but instead I had to keep reminding them which shot I was on and how much time was needed between shots. When I scheduled my second shot and the receptionist kept saying I needed to wait six months for my third shot, I had to correct her, and she got so offended by being corrected that she told me she refused to be spoken to in "that tone" and hung up on me while I was trying to receive care from them. That to me is both unprofessional and negligent. As a student respiratory therapist I couldn't even imagine treating my patients that way. That would be the equivalent of me giving a patient a needed breathing treatment, but then discontinuing if they're rude to me. I'm not allowed, nor do I even want to be allowed to do that. We get into healthcare because we want to help people, not refuse care over petty things like someone's "tone".I'll admit I was a bit frustrated with them for not knowing what shot I'm on because that also shows negligence on their part, so I maybe did get a bit of a tone, but regardless I'm glad I have a background in healthcare and was able to keep things straightened out for myself since this office is incompetent of doing so.
