The phone etiquette of every representative I spoke with was horrendous. I spoke with one young lady that definitely seemed to be bothered with my trivial requests as she was clearly better suited to be sunbathing in Hawaii than be bothered with this aggravating call about my sons prescriptions. After resolving one issue and being advised to call back to ensure the prescription that was at the wrong location was then sent to the correct one the next rep was worse with the yelling into the phone instead of just clarifying the questions being asked he then proceeded to be perturbed by every syllable I made! Needless to say this seems to be a running trend for all! Not too excited to pick up his medication so I guess I'll put on the full armour of the Lord and walk in prayed up! sheesh!! read more

Elvis that works in pharmacy at CVS on milstead and highway 20 in Conyers is very rude and have horrible customer service. Does not acknowledge the customer. I called at 5:30 to confirm an was informed that they were working on it and would call me when it was completed. After not receiving a call for 5 hours, I called again and was told that the machine was broken. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that the manager would be counting money until morning. I called cave 30 minutes later and was told that the print machine had been broken for weeks and the manager has not placed a request to have it fixed. Do not waste your time at this CVS. Terrible customer service. They are slow. The worker seemed annoyed that she had to help me. She didn't want to answer my questions and was not helpful and being short with me the whole time. This CVS is the worst honesty. read more

I visited CVS on 3/7/2023 at 2:30 and was served by 2 very nice ladies at the front cashier counter. They went out of their way to help me and even addressed me by my name as I left the store. Though I live near Loganville, they made me want to change my shopping location to their store. I'm grateful there are still individuals out there who believe in valuing their customers. read more

Pharmacy will not pick the phone up! I will not go this store again due to their lack of customer service. I sat on the phone for 21 minutes on a Monday at 12:30 PM and never did get to speak to anyone. Very sad to see how bad this store is with customer service. read more

Went through the drive through today and man "tiana" if that's her name since the person who told it to me had to think about. This person was rude, she never once greated us and we went through twice and everytime we came to the window she just stared at us and waited for us to speak. Me and my mother whom just got out of surgery who was in pain tried to make light of the situation and make here laugh got a snide sarcastic remark upon attempt. She is lucky that she switched out last minute with whomever who was covering her six because we were about to take her picture and put her on blast in here, she was so excludably rude and I cannot imagine how many peoples mothers and grandparents come through here and get treated with utter disrespect. Its disgusted and should be fixed immediately! This happened at noon on feburary 17th 2020. If the manager here cares at all about there customers they will correct this. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Conyers!! I have been a long time customer (even before they took over Rite Aid at that location). Today i had my doctor send my pain meds to this pharmacy. 3 hours late I arrive at this CVS. I use the drive up and am waited on by an employee Britney. She is nice but seems confused. I give her my info to pick up meds. She tells me she doesn't have it ready yet. I ask how long and she says a couple hours. She then request my doctors name and phone number so they can contact Dr for refill and tell you to come back in a couple hours. This makes me a little nervous so I call my doctor and confirm that the prescription was called in. The doctor confirms. I wait 2 hours and call CVS to ensure prescriptions are ready. The tech says no then ask me who told me prescription was here. I recap everything . Her response " Britney miscommunicated, You have a good day " and hung up. Someone please train these folks!!!! I can't deal with their rudeness and incompetence . read more
