Do not come here for a Covid test. The website says that results were returned in 1 to 2 days. I am now on day three and I still don't have any test results. I am now going to lose my ticket to go on my expensive trip because I trusted that they actually followed what they said they would do on their website and have results in 1 to 2 days. This is not acceptable. It lacks professionalism. I am beyond angry and upset that they are not reliable with this Covid test results delivery. You are playing with peoples lives when you make promises you cannot keep about receiving Covid test results. I would not have come here if I knew I had to give the test to myself and then just leave the swab in a tube in a box that would not be picked up until the end of the evening in some box outside of the store. Do not go to this CVS!!!! They cancelled my vaccination appointment with a 2 hour warning and no explanation and I could not get in touch with anyone to find out why. On a different day I went to drop off a UPS box and I stood at the register for 5 minutes an nobody came. I decided to leave. When I got to the door a lady stopped me and asked if I needed help I said I just wanted to drop off a UPS package. She then said she was "busy with other customers and couldn't be in two places at once". I told her I understand and I was just going to come back tomorrow. She then told me "this is a free service for you so this isn't my priority". So was so rude for no reason! If you have to go to a CVS go to any one but this one! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter's doctor sent over a prescription on the 26th. I was informed it was out of stock and was able to select a pick up date of the 29th as it would be available then. The 29th it still was not in stock. I spoke to a pharmacist on the 30th who said it was ready to go. Came in the 1st and was informed it had never been in stock and that no store in 20 miles had it. Walked across the street to Kroger and it was there and could be filled. Called back to CVS to transfer the prescription. Informed them that it was lucky that this wasn't a life saving medicine since they were incompetent, lied about it being in stock, and never bothered to inform me they were unable to fill it. Staff was extremely rude! I went for passport photos and the lady had no idea what she was doing or how to work a camera. She said I couldn't smile however guidelines says actually you can have a natural smile. She printed my photos that were blurry! Go somewhere else if you want better service! read more

The Pharmacist is unbelievably rudeand has been for 6 years and enough is enough. There are so many negative reviews of her all over the internet that I cannot believe CVS hasnt fired her. Through recent conversations I have found out there are many people that feel the same way and have stopped going there because of her. Cash register counter staff - horrendous and zero common sense. Don't bother with their UPS Drop Off service if you don't mind getting irritated by their inept knowledge or how to even operate the scanning tool. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, and I always give people the benefit of the doubt--everyone has a bad day. However, when a person is repeatedly rude, it's a character flaw. In my experiences with the pharmacist at this CVS, I've found her to be abrupt, impatient, and really just rude. It seems, in reading other reviews, I'm not the only one with these experiences. Today I tried to call with a simple inquiry about a prescription and was put in hold, which is fine. However, after waiting 5 minutes, she came back on the line only to ask if I was a different person. When I said no, rather than apologize, or say "I'm sorry for the confusion, I'll be right with you", she simply said "hold" and then I proceeded to wait another 6 minutes, at which point the phone was picked up and then disconnected. When I called back, she tried to put me on hold again, and when I quickly explained I'd already been holding, she said "ok, I'll try to help you if I can, but I'm waiting on customers"! I thought I was a customer as well. When I tried to ask my question, she was extremely impatient and rude, as though I were a nuisance, and after I said thank you for her assistance, she simply hung up. I'd like to add that every other person I've dealt with at the pharmacy has been extremely pleasant and helpful. This woman has always been the exception. It's a shame that she is giving this pharmacy a poor reputation. I'm afraid it may be time to make the switch across the street. read more

Expensive. I had to get some emergency meds for my dog...went to Rite Aid. They were out but said the script cost $9.95. Went to CVS and they had it but charged me over $40. Wouldn't have returned unless I needed the meds...rip off! read more

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. As a Physician Assistant, I understand the serious issue of drug diversion in this country, however, when someone brings in a script for 30 pain tablets, I don't expect to have an issue. My brother was in a serious car accident 5 days ago and was just released from the hospital after surgery. I took his prescription for pain medications which was written for THIRTY tablets, and the pharmacist (Rosette Sadek) looked at me and said she didn't have them in stock because my brother also does not have health insurance. Such BS. When I confronted her about why she would not fill the prescription she turned her head and walked away, treating me like I was homeless and asking for 180 tablets. I then asked her to pull a MAPS on my brother's name who prove to her that he is not a patient that is getting multiple scripts for pain medications. She continued to avoid eye contact with me and walked even further from me. I was in such disbelief and so utterly offended I pulled all my prescriptions from this location. I have been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for 10+ years and apparently that does not matter. It's sad that pharmacists can't have a little compassion and empathy towards people that truly need pain control. If you no longer carry those traits working in the health industry, then I suggest you change careers. This establishment has the rudest pharmacy personnel I have ever met. I recently moved to the area and decided to use this CVS since it was close and always had CVS fill my prescriptions. I filled a prescription for prenatal pills that was sent over electronically and when I pick them up I had received a CVS brand prenatal from their shelf (90 in total) stating for myself to take 2 a day. The container itself also suggests two a day for pregnant woman to receive the full daily amount. When I picked up my next supply they only gave me 30 and instructed me to take only one a day. When I called to inquire about the large difference in the two prescriptions I was told i needed a new script from my Dr. When I called back the next day to let them know the prescription would be sent over and inquired what my insurance was charged the first month I was basically called a liar that I received 90 the first time because of what her computer showed. I was told to bring up the bottle to prove it. Also when I told her someone had made a mistake somewhere and had it been something more serious like a narcotic drug or a prescription for one of my children it would be much more serious. When you fill a prescription you trust that the employee is doing their job correctly and safely. Instead of apologizing or suggesting she look into the issue she told me "well you just got a bonus the first month". How completely unprofessional and rude! I won't even step foot in this CVS again. read more
