The Deets: I recently visited Lewisville Drug to assist my mother by going to pick up her post surgery medications. They treated me just like they have known me, a personal small town feeling (yes, they followed correct procedure in checking ID, very reassuring). They had everything we needed and the prescription was ready with no issues. My parents have sworn by this local pharmacy and Keith/staff here for their medication needs for years, and I can see why. When my father had surgery in the past and as soon as we knew the new roster of medications from that point on, the pharmacy made his new premade a.m./p.m. daily packets of his meds on the correct schedule as soon as the information/new prescriptions were available. This service is so amazingly helpful for my father and so appreciated. I've seen my folks pick up the phone to consult with the pharmacy and I can tell they have a rapport with the staff there. It means a lot. Their slogan I've seen says "big time service, small town care" and I think that sums it up pretty well.

This is a specialty pharmacy, so if you are coming here, they likely made the prescription in-house. When I spoke to the pharmacist before, he was very knowledgeable and talked to me like a person, not another customer in line. Everyone here is very friendly and easy-going. It seems that no one has a bad day here, because everyone is chipper and smiling. There is a great deal of parking, but they are in a odd little location, but Google maps will take you directly to their door. I do not come here often, but when I do, I always enjoy my time within the store. There are never issues with stock or communication. The service is phenomenal and I believe they care about making sure medicine is accessible and readily available.
