They don't send notifications, so you have to remember to call or stop by to check. My biggest concern is that when they answer the phone, they often have the call on speaker. While they're asking for your name, date of birth, and other personal information, everyone in the pharmacy can hear the conversation. If you have questions about your medication or a private health concern, that doesn't feel very comfortable or appropriate. I ended up coming back because my doctor's office accidentally sent my prescription here instead of the Target pharmacy next door, and I had the same experience again. I also think the customer service could be a little more welcoming. If you're someone who doesn't need reminders and doesn't mind calling to check on your prescription, this pharmacy may work fine for you. But if you value pickup notifications and privacy when discussing your health information, this probably isn't the best fit.

As a handicapped veteran, this is not just appreciated but necessary! One day, a bagger inadvertently failed to bag a roast I was planning to cook for dinner. I called the store. The manager promptly delivered the meat in a refrigerated Ice Chest to my home in Reidsville, some 16 miles away. Recently, I fell injuring my knee so I looked into shopping online. Harris Teeter has a drive up area equipped with a call button. One announces one's name and the staff brings it out; load it into your trunk. You use your credit card with a wireless terminal to complete the transaction. I am super picky about the selection of vegetables and fruit. The personal shopper did as fine a job as I would, if I had selected these myself. The preparation fee is under $5. The capabilities of the online shopping are excellent right down to keeping a record of previous orders and keeping multiple shopping lists for future ease of shopping. The transactions are seamlessly coded that seem to work fine with any of my browsers. It remembers my address, Vic card, and all other important details. After I had placed an order on line, I added some more items I need to another order. The personal shopper was smart enough to merge the two orders so I would not be charged two preparation fees. Does all of this deserve 5 Stars? I know the name of many of the checkers, stock clerks, and managers. Every one of them is Uber friendly. There is more! If you have purchased products, browsed for items and or had any negative/hostile interactions with staff at the Harris Teeter Store number #280, located at 4010 Battleground Avenue, Greensboro, NC, let the captain of the ship Know. (Deliberate Obstruction ). #2: Several months ago, date unknown, my wife and I, who have been frequent visitors to this store and probably spent upwards of $5000 over a period of two years, purchased three six packs of Canada Dry Ginger ale, which, per a clearly visible sign, was on sale. The cashier in question did not believe us when the item did not ring up as a sale item and had to doublecheck it himself, never mind the fact that several people were waiting behind us. #3: About six months ago, I stopped off at this same store and purchased Maxwell House coffee which, per the sign, was on sale for $3 less than the standard price. When I went to pay, the cashier, a young female, rang up the standard price and did not believe me when I told her it was on sale. My family served this served this Country in combat. My Dad, my uncles and my cousin, all suffered injury and trauma fighting for the freedom that this individual now enjoys. I take this personally. I can forgive one or even two transgressions, as itemized above; however, I cannot forgive a blatant lack of transparency and the arrogance of store employees who need to be reminded that people like me and my family pay their salaries. And I cannot forgive a total lack of concern for the welfare of their customers. This is not a customer service issue; this is a character issue. The young lady that helped me, Kyndra, was a professional, knowledgeable, and just a delight! I give my experience 5 stars, for sure. The chain as a whole gets a lower ranking, however, thus the final Yelp! ranking above. Sally's is a nice beauty supply store for seasoned professionals or novices needing over-the-counter assistance. Their in-store customer service is impeccable due to the product knowledge of their staff. I give 3 stars for two specific reasons. #1 The inventory is limited by the small footprint of the store and is not displayed well. There is a three-aisle design for product shelves, with a front cash register area right as you enter. It is VERY compact and is almost the same as any Sally's Beauty Supply that I have ever been in. The layout limits the amount of product they can sell and how it looks (read messy/cluttered). #2 Lack of products for ethnic beauties. Perhaps this is due in part to the lack of space, but Sally's storefront has a very limited amount of offerings of beauty brands that cater to ethnic consumers with thicker, curlier, coarser, or less oily hair. In 2022 this is unacceptable. They also lack a variety of clearly marked plant-based and cruelty-free products. So although they have done well with training their staff and surviving in the industry over many years, I believe that Sally Beauty Supply needs to "get with the program" and improve in a few areas in order to become a 5 star establishment.
