Sometimes they have to get creative and it doesn't matter who's working back here- They always work with me to bring my memories to life. I miss Taylor so much but I am so happy I was able to meet Mikayla earlier this week Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Aleatha. She is so pleasant to work with. She is very patient and does great at the photo orders. Lastly I met Renee who was a busy bee keeping the store clean and greeting all of the shoppers! I definitely see why Aleatha is a manager she is super professional. If you can't tell by now I'm a regular. I love when Kristyn is working at the register to check me out. She is always bubbly with great conversation.

Even with her unclear accent and her choppy rendition of the English language her cold and unsympathetic words were loud so very rude. We called the nurse at the hospital to let him know that only one prescriptions was was received; the nurse immediately called Walgreens and spoke with the pharmacist (Trang) who was described as having a thick accent and was Very-Very rude and gave him a hard time about the prescription. Once we finally made it to the drive through window the pharmacist (Trang) denied speaking with the nurse and never inputted the prescription. My sister was doubled over in pain and her only saving grace was Kesha (the pharmaceutical tech) who went above and beyond to help find and fill the prescription that Trang the pharmacist chose to ignore and dismiss! Kesha spoke with the nurse and was able to fill the prescription in minutes. The job of a pharmacist is a crucial and much needed job, and for a Head Pharmacist to blatantly dismiss and deny a sick persons medication to aid in their recovery is terrible, but to be rude and dismissive to a medical professional who is concerned for a sick patient recovery is discussing! We often use this pharmacy and we can always expect to receive unprofessional, rude service, with a dismissive attitude from Pharmacist Trang. Customers deserve better service than the subpar service Pharmacist Trang is giving! The only reason I gave two stars for this review is because of Keshas professionalism, caring ways and her willingness to always help everyone.

This was once my go-to store, but I've found that Lowe's Foods is more 'me.' A bit further of a…read moredrive, but worth it. The past two visits? Not a single employee acknowledged me when I'd excuse myself or say hi. It's like nobody cares about the customers. Now let's talk about the real reason for the review! I stopped in to purchase a prescription and waited at a sign that says something about 'stand here for customer privacy.' Funny thing - I could hear and see everything that the woman at the counter was purchasing and saying. Privacy, right? Anyways, there are multiple work stations in the 'pick up' area but only one actively in use. While waiting my turn, one of the many workers behind the counter did stop what she was doing to go and assist the person that arrived via the drive thru. Great! I had already been waiting but no sense of urgency with that. Cool. Finally, it's my turn. I said hello and was cut off by the worker who went straight to business. I attempted to hand the worker my government-issued ID - which has both my name and birthdate on it. She says she doesn't need it and asks for my birthdate - again. Now there's someone behind me and I know that she heard my information, so I asked why they couldn't just use the info off of my ID. Both she and her coworker want to argue and not listen to my logic - they just say that it's policy. Duh! But what if I couldn't talk? Wouldn't you want me to write it down? Or would you ask for my ID? The logic makes no sense. A sign that says to stand within earshot of verbal communication where your other customers can easily see and hear private information...for my privacy. But you won't let me show you my ID instead. Don't you have to be a doctor to be a pharmacist? You'd think that my logic would make sense to a guy with a doctorate degree. Needless to say, between the rude workers who don't even acknowledge customers and the illogical practices of the pharmacy, I've decided to stop going there - once again. Oh, as I left, I was close to colliding with a man who had numerous articles of cleaning gear on a cart. I smiled and motioned for him to continue and said excuse me. So he starts walking and then stops - in the middle of the aisle - to talk to three of his coworkers. I stopped abruptly and waited a few seconds, but I guess he had forgotten that I was behind him. I said excuse me and smiled. His female counterpart even pointed at me and motioned for him to move, but he kept talking. I said excuse me 2 more times before I had to wedge my way between them, while still saying that excuse me. What kind of people is Publix hiring these days? What happened to human decency and respect for one another - especially your customers who are trying to be the better person by smiling and greeting y'all?

Nice and large parking lot that was clean and there were zero carts in the corrals. Inside the store, bright and well lit. I found the shelves to be tidy and organized. Nothing missing and no "holes" in the stock that I could see. I had no trouble finding everything on the list. Publix is a bit more expensive than some other stores but it on par with Harris Teeter, the other premium chain in the area. There are BOGOs throughout the store and sometimes you'll luck out and it's something on your list. Other times, it's not cheap. But it is a very pleasant full-service grocery with the best deli, a great butcher and excellent produce. I've never had a problem with anything I've bought at a Publix from subs to dairy to fresh fish. The bakery is always awesome. [Review 2502 of 2024 - 3955 in North Carolina - 23514 overall]

One place that will always dominate any neighborhood besides that other depressing behemoth store…read moreis Target. A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Charlotte. First, I despise getting in and out of this store as the way the entrance and exit is set up stinks, then you have to drive on University Blvd which, depending on the day, is a nightmare. That said, it is located in a safe part of town however please note this isn't a Super Target so not much in the way of food and an overwhelming selection of items. The employees don't walk around much but they're nice. My final opening point is extremely subjective, but I hate drab interior much like their big blue rival. As for food, the selection is extremely limited. Barely half an isle for fresh produce, select meats and a few other options. As for refrigerated items again, the selection is limited with a few items available as needed. Finally, the dry, snack and non-perishable items selection is much better but still not what you'll find at a larger store. I find I only shop here for food only when absolutely necessary. As for the kids' section, they're limited in toys as I tried to purchase some items for my kids but they only have the absolute most popular items. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you won't find it here, or at least anything new. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is gone, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. Clothing is always a challenge as I don't think they have enough employees to restock items so many times there will be clothes on the ground or in wrong areas. The jewelry case is sad as are most of there kitchen accessories section. But again, I have to remind myself this isn't a Super Target however coming in is a commitment. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Finally, the store is clean and let's face it, you should know the prices and if they're competitive. Other than those items, it's Target you know what you want.

The absolute worse target in the history of all targets…read more They will pick beat up, previously opened, dirty looking spoiled food without a second thought to provide you during the drive up order. A jar of jalapenos that I returned so fast that I didn't take a picture for my own phone. They'll have prices marked on the shelf but not in the system. Today I actually shopped in-store trying to give another shot and manage a return just for the monthly deal not to work. We read the games and conditions. This cashier has to be from the Midwest based on how she talks + behaves but I could be wrong (which isn't the bad part. It just made me reminisce like I know this personality. Behavior. Mood) anywhoo she called over someone and he read the same coupon terms and conditions from my phone. But things down and reappeared with the in-store scanner to say clearance is exempt. Ok cool but it's not on the coupon showing in the wallet. Worse yet, I had to reset my password because shopping in-store always results in such because they push hard to have you redeem your circle money and gift cards. Ewww, child just stay away. Let the college kids and SE Asians have it. I say SE ASIANS be sure they appear to be heavy in the area with adjacent stores, returns and patronizing hard with kids running amuck without any supervision or correction. Good thing today: they had enough lines open. Crap BS today: the trail mix rang up more than what's posted on the shelf. If miss Minnesota hadn't been motor mouthing I would have caught it but alas I'll get it resolved tomorrow when there's less rain. Y'all, I left the Midwest and keep finding it. Hilarious. She is a hoot even with all the frustrations. At least the customer service girls know what to do and don't get all overwhelmed. Complete store in disarray. Nary an item where it's supposed to be.
