Not the first time I have had a negative experience with the…read moreemployees-- I have been a week without my medication, now withdrawing-- because apparently, no one knows how to order a very common medication from their supplier. They call my doctor to try a different approach- 2 10 mg instead of 1 20, my insurance doesn't cover that and needed a prior auth. So multiple times after calling and driving 40 minutes just to get told I can't get my medication they want me to wait days longer and say "well things change". Mind you I gave them my name and they only gave me a completely different medication. I called in and they start providing me with information about someone that isn't even me but has a similar name. Everyone is completely unprofessional and rude other than the two older ladies at the front counter. I will be going elsewhere and will be telling everyone I know not to give their hard-earned money to a company that doesn't value the people keeping them in business.
