This continues to be worst Pharmacy in this area! The tech that wears glasses and dark brown hair rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone and slammed it in my ear. There is no excuse for that behavior in a business setting! I tried them again after 12 years and it's the same horrible service and staff. This tech has been w CVS the longest. I've trying Salma Hayek's skin care line Nuance which is sold exclusively at CVS. She has this amazing AM/PM super cream that has ingredients from a Tepezcohuite tree which is found in South America-I believe... it keeps the skin hydrated all day without adding oil to it. I think it works just as well as my Shiseido or Lancome. The best of it's under $20.00. You can't beat it....Thanks Salma.... This CVS is across the street from the Bridge Mill subdivision so it's super convenient. I've never had any problems shopping here...thanks guys. Keep up the good work... read more

Do yourself a favor and just wait to go to your doctors office. Nothing but a huge waste of time. They have two people there and they are way to busy to take care of even one person within an hours time period. I would hate to see how they handled multiple people. read more

Sadly this place is full of incompetence, I don't mean referencing one visit, but every visit. If there is any inconceivable way to inconvenience you, they know and utilize it. You might be better off finding another pharmacy, no, you should find another pharmacy! read more

Could I give a zero star. Last time I was here I was asked a million accusatory questions about my prescription. This time I am here for my son's prescription, I had pulled up early we have been at the ER all morning RSV, pink eye and waited until 8 am when they opened to press the button for service. Tim the pharmacist came to the window and was horribly rude and told me it was not 8 am yet and that I don't need to keep pressing the button he can't serve me. I said it's 8 by my cell phone, I waited to press the button until opening. He kept going on about how he didn't have time just was so nasty and rude. I said you don't have to be rude to me and he scoffed Take your business to someone who cares. read more

You might need a grippy sock vacation after dealing with this store and it's staff members. The doctor sent script at 11:30 I wanted until 4 to pick up however it wasn't ready. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I went and ran some errands came back. Again was given some excuse why it wasn't ready. Very rudely the CVS employee said that I needed to call my doctor because they didn't have the proper medication. I called asked my doctor to call CVS. I can not write prescriptions, nor am I aware of the medication at CVS has in stock. I feel like this was a CVS employees job to communicate to the doctor about the stock issue. The wonderful doctor sent a new script over immediately. I come to CVS an hr later plenty of time to dump liquid in a smaller bottle and print a label. SURPRISE!!!! It wasn't ready. I was told another 30 minutes. I guess third time going to cvs wasn't a charm after all. All said and done it took me 4 trips, 4 hours and a phone call to the doctors office to get amoxicillin. The front counter is NEVER manned. They have kiosks for checkout and no staff at the front. They sell items that require a staff member to check you out. Ex: Covid tests are behind the counter where you cannot get them without a staff person. Also, gift cards must be activated by a staff person. But, no one comes to the front to help you. There is no bell to ring. Nothing! You can go to the back and stand in line at the pharmacy. But, they will tell you that the Covid tests are up front. So, no luck there. I saw a man complain about it to a male staff person. He told the customer he was a manager and wasn't going to help him because of his attitude. Attitude!! The man had been waiting forever and had to go to the back of the store to retrieve someone to help him. He should have been apologizing to the customer. Whoever manages this store needs to take a look at the camera footage. You'll see lines of people at the front counter and no one there to help them. At first, I thought I just came in when someone was changing shifts. But, it happens EVERY time I go in there. The day I went in to buy a Covid test, I went to the pharmacy because my insurance provides tests for free if you pick them up at the pharmacy. The pharmacist assistant asked for the name of my insurance carrier. I told her and she said they don't provide them for free. I went to the CVS at Towne Lake and they said my insurance DOES give me several tests per month for free and handed them to me. Drive the extra miles to another CVS. read more

My husband and I were just here for Covid test. He had an appointment. But didn't need it so we asked if I could use his appointment and the technician was very accommodating. She said she would try and was able to work it out. The test was quick and easy. Very happy with the service. Thank you! read more

Writing this to try to boost their rating. My husband came here about 7 months ago for a covid test and it was fast and easy. I came here for a covid vaccine and had the same experience - it was so quick and easy! Suzan administered the vaccine to me and she was awesome, so were the 2 women who checked me in. The line was fast, staff/pharmacists were friendly, and I would absolutely return. read more

Would give CVS a zero if I could. doesn't matter when you go to get a prescription filled it is always at least a 2 hour wait. At first I was told it will be one hour, went and waited in car for one hour, came back in was told it would be another hour and this happens every. single. time. never fails. I have never came and got good customer service and my prescription filled in a reasonable ammount of time. I will be changing pharmacies. read more

The pharmacy here used to be decent. The same pharmacists were here for several years, and things always ran smoothly. Last year, their pharmacists left one by one and the turnover rate has been extremely high ever since. The location is very convenient, so I accepted the fact that I would see new faces almost every month. That is until they became the SLOWEST pharmacy in town. Seriously. 1-2 hour wait times for fills, and oftentimes, you will choose to run in "real quick" to drop off a script instead of waiting behind the very slow moving car line. Only to discover that drop offs take less of a priority than pickups, and no one will look your way for several minutes. I walked out after waiting at the drop off counter for 10 minutes without a single greeting or even a hint of acknowledgement. If you need to get out of the house and want a good excuse to spend some alone time in your car or in line for more than 20 minutes, this CVS is the perfect place for you. If you value your time and a good relationship with your local pharmacist, go anywhere else!! read more

Terrible rapid test site. I drove 30 minutes to testing site. There were 4 designated parking spaces for people getting tested. There were 8 cars there. I Sat there with 8 other cars for 30+ minutes. The door to the testing site was locked. People started leaving because of no one informing us about what was going on. Called the store to see if I could get help and spoke to pharmacist. He said he couldn't help. About 10 minutes later, Sherry the manager came out and check on the person administering the tests. Then another lady came out (maybe minute clinic dr). The unprofessional girl in the rapid test building said I called you and you didn't answer. I asked why she didn't leave a message, she said she wasn't required to. The call I got was from a Rhode Island number. I'm in Ga. plus I could t see that they were supposed to call me because all the spaces (4) were full with cars. Last time a lady came out and spoke to us. Even though I spoke to the manager, she said I couldn't take the test because I missed my time (even though I was in the parking lot) also there was only one other car by the time I spoke to Sherry, the manager. The girl was rude and said I'm six months pregnant - well don't work then if you can't do your required responsibilities. Multiple cars left because they had waited so long. Very unprofessional and rude. CVS will NEVER get my business again. read more

I live 5 minutes from this store and have tried multiple times to get my scripts at the one located on Sixes Rd. However every time it's been horrible and rude service not only shown to me but i have numerous times seen them treat the elder the same. Keep telling myself I'll give it one more try but I've now realize that they are evidently keeping the same rude people and nothing will be different. Sad in such an area we have this such rudeness. And I never complain but after over n over seeing this I really hope to spare someone from this happening to them. read more

CVS clinic is horrendous. I would never go back there. They do nothing for you just charge you a quick $25. Never again.

CVS has great sales, and pricing! It has very good selections and also have quality food products there too. I go here a lot so this is one of the better CVS. They have a nice Minute Clinic and great employees! read more
