Then I called today to make sure there were no issues when picking up our new rxs and they lady was rude hung up on me and said she didn't need to be nice, I have it recorded. We only used CVS because of our loyalty to the place and our family works the pharm counter at this location but this will be the last time for us.

When I came home today and noticed that my prescription was three short. I quickly called and they gave me an attitude, I went there and was treated like a lying piece of trash. They did not take responsibility for the mishap and now I am short my medication. It was more so the disrespect than the actual mistake. Again, we are all human and I know things happen but no need to treat each other poorly. I walked away feeling like I was nothing and looked down upon.

I went to Walgreens in a panic - not only did they walk me through the kiosk experience, they had the photo ready for me in about 15 minutes. I had a prescription order sent to Walgreens on a recent Sunday, only to find out, as I walk into…read morethe store, that the pharmacy is closed on Sundays - and that the nearest open Walgreens pharmacy was in MALDEN. It's absolutely unbelievable that a nation-wide chain would just be outright inaccessible to people who need medicine every single Sunday. Apparently Walgreens believes that if you made the choice to be sick on a Sunday, that's YOUR fault, and you can just suffer until Monday for your mistake. Due to Walgreens' callous disregard for the ill and injured, the schedule for my medication was delayed, inconveniencing and quite literally harming me, and I had to use time I should have been resting on back-and-forth communication with my doctor to arrange for a different pharmacy to fulfill my order. Needless to say, I will never, ever be setting foot in a Walgreens location again for the rest of my life, neither for medicine, nor for any of their storefront items. I won't so much as buy a greeting card from this cheap, unprofessional penny-pinching farce.
