Bag was still stapled shut from pharmacy, items unopened obviously due to bag being sealed. Took back to pharmacy at which point the pharmacist unseals the bag to examine unopened contents and then responds saying Walgreens cannot accept returned because the bag is opened which is what they did. Escalated issue to Walgreens Corporate over two ago with the continued promise that I would be contacted within two business days which has continually not happened. It is no wonder to me why Walgreens is now closing 500 locations with this exceptional lack of interest in its customers. Apparently they haven't received the memo that no company is too big to fail.

Oh, I don't know who could have done that she said. And while the message kept saying they were helping other callers, they told us how many calls were ahead of us and it was our other 2 phones! There is another 24 hour CVS on Main Street / Route 28 near Kmart. Anyway, this is a clean store in general, but they had barely any of the Back To School Clearance I was looking for as well as not much food, like other CVS stores. Overall, the cashier was friendly, they have a minute clinic, and the store is very clean and overall a good size. Only complaint, the parking lot is confusing.... yes it's nice to have a traffic light at the entrance, but the other entrance before the traffic light is small and very bumpy, avoid that entrance. Overall, good pharmacy. Fine for basic necessities.

When I told Joellen that I would have to take my business to another Pharmacy she replied "GOOD" and told me if I swore I would not be allowed back in the store. No apologies, no care. I guess being the largest retailer makes them immune from customer service etiquette. She refused to tell me her name so I had to ask another worker. CVS should be ashamed to have her as an employee.
