This place is interesting for one thing... it's a "BLUE" CVS. I didn't think it was possible to blow off the iconic red CVS branding... and really why would you? I've passed by this place so many times and finally had a reason to stop in. I ordered something online and this was the only location that had it in stock. I was psyched to find out WHY it was blue. I figured it needed to be blue to match the requirements of all the other stores in this small strip mall. The man at the counter was not much help, saying that wasn't the reason... saying there are many others... doubt that. Doing some research online, can't find any others. For online orders, this place also has a "pickup cabinet", that's on the floor, so a customer can just go and pick up the item themselves... never saw that. I wonder about security, but it worked well this time. The blue color is odd to me. I'll stick to my other CVS locations. read more

I went in to get my son a gift card for his trip. Didn't see any workers in front. Found a worker in the back and asked if I can check out with him because I have a gift card. He said there's someone up front all dismissive waving his hand. I said thanks went to next aisle to get baby wipes and I hear him complaining he got bothered. I told him yeah I can hear you. What an absolute jerk of a worker. Never going here again. Imagine complaining of something so trivial. read more

MARKETA NEEDS TO BE FIRED! She's the manager and she's extremely disrespectful and rude to the customers! She said to a poor old lady "do you even know how to read?" She humiliates customers. And I told her I had extra bucks on my item and she rudely said " DO YOU THINK I HAVE TIME TO KNOW EVERY ITEM THAT HAS EXTRA BUCKS". She's extremely nasty and rude! Needs to be fired ASAP! it's fine. Now they have added self check out though it seems to create more issues than not. It is very sensitive so I had to call over the cashier to help with something- kind of defeated the prior of being independent. But at least it asks you if you want to use your coupons so that's good. It has an old feeling inside but I basically don't try to spend too much time in the store. Get my items and go. read more

I usually went to COSTCO for my prescriptions but during Covid-19 I started using the drive through at CVS. The staff is very friendly and will even do some shopping for you from a list of selected items! There are certain habits that I will continue after Covid-19 and using CVS will be one of them. On the occasion that I have to pick up something in the store, I go here rather than a grocery store. There are less people, they have sanitation wipes and most essential items. The isles at the cash register are marked.. There rewards program is also excellent. Recently members are given $10 on a cash card every month! The rolls of paper coupons that they give you are annoying, but save you money. At first, I just tossed them away but now I actually use them. I never have any problems parking. In short, CVS has become one of my stops when shopping. I have also used their delivery service which is excelkent. read more

I live practically across the street from this CVS, but I usually forget it's there. I think that's because it's hard to see from the street, unless you're looking for it. It's in a small strip mall next door to a very good Italian restaurant. I was at the restaurant when I noticed the CVS. I had to go in. It looked familiar. I think I may have been there before. This CVS appeared to be clean and bright. The shelves were well stocked. People that worked there seemed to be friendly. I needed a print out of my medications. Even though I get them at a different CVS I talked to one of the people working in the pharmacy. He was very helpful. I got my list after showing him my drivers license. No problem. The next time time I need something from a CVS I'll come here. read more

Wow, this is the worst CVS I have ever been in! I don't even know where to start. I'll start by saying the store reeks of mold & you can just feel the dampness in the air. The store is highly unorganized but more importantly, it's just not clean. The refrigerated drinks were disgusting because they were randomly thrown in, no rhyme or reason to product placement. The inside of the refrigerated cases are dirty, I mean sticky and gross. I didn't even feel comfortable buying a bottle of water. Where is management? I met the most unpleasant employee, Marshall. Rude and arrogant. I asked him for assistance with the picture machine & he told me to read the instructions. I did & still needed help. His job is to help customers and not be such a cocky millennial. I'm going to stop here & not even get into the granular details of the rest of the store. I will be writing a lovely email to corporate tomorrow expressing my feelings of total disgust. If you want to shop in a moldy store with rude employees, definitely come here. Clean, organized and prices are the same as every other CVS. Great rewards program and it's cool they have an electronic coupon checker inside so you can scan your card and it will spit out any coupons you are eligible for. Plenty of items on sale and cashier's were very professional, helpful and efficient. Plenty of free parking. read more

Where do I begin . Walk in and store smells like it has major water damage as the stench of mold and mildew permeate your lungs . This has to be a joke for a company that rebranded itself as CVS Health. How about no employees at the register to check you out . Call the pharmacy and their auto phone system keeps disconnecting you . They have some racket going here . And don't forget the discount coupons you get ; but then again they can afford to give you coupons as their prices are 30% higher than Target , Publix and Walmart for the same exact products . Worst CVS I've ever been to. There's never anyone around to help. The pharmacy is the WORST I've ever been to. The pharmacist and staff are not helpful and so slow. They rarely pick up the phone. After being a customer for years I needed a prescription urgently and was in so much pain. The store was closing in 30 minutes and the pharmacist said she wouldn't have time to fill my prescription that day. I begged and explained how badly I needed the antibiotic urgently and that I was so time sensitive. She didn't care at all and was so rude and didn't fill my prescription and told me to wait until the next day. If I was a pharmacist and saw my patient so urgently needed her antibiotic and was in that much pain and still had 30 minutes left until the store closed I would have filled it even if it meant staying a minute late. CVS needs new and better pharmacists who actually care about their patients. read more

Great notification about cost etc. It is refreshing to deal with real people on the phone and in person immediately who know exactly what they're talking about. I went to this pharmacy at 2901 Clint Moore Rd Boca Raton Florid, for the first time ever because my doctor sent my prescription for pain medicine due to a having surgery on my spine to this store. The pharmacist asked me for my ID and then had the nerve to ask me IS THAT ME my response was of course that's me do I look different or something like why would you ask me that. Then she told me the price for my prescription and I asked her why was it not billed to my insurance because my doctor sent the prescription with the insurance Authorization. She told me that she applied a discount card to the prescription and I would have to wait until the next day if I want it processed through my insurance. I told her I will get a discount card through GOOD-RX I pulled up the discount code and before she even looked at the code she immediately said I CANT TAKE THAT! Now I'm standing in this store feeling likthis lady is racial profiling me. She told me to come back tomorrow and she will process it through the insurance. so I left and the next day I get a text message from the pharmacy stating my prescription is ready. So I go back to the pharmacy there is another pharmacist on duty. I gave him my name and he says we don't have a prescription for you. So I show him the message on my phone and he says oh let me check so he comes back and say we the head pharmacist will have to process this tomorrow I won't be able to give it to you she would have to be the one to give it you so now I'm super pissed off. I told him that they are prejudice and their racially profiling people and I have never be so humiliated in my life. This is my first time ever getting pain medicine he says well yes I can see that. So I say well why are you profiling me he said well we know all of our patients so you would have to wait until the head pharmacist is on duty in order to get this medication. I will never go back to this pharmacy and I'm going to let everyone that I know and I also work in the hospital so I will let the patients know as well NEVER to fill a prescription at this location. read more

This place is a hidden gem of all CVS locations in Boca Raton Fl. I am met by a friendly pharmacy staff where the wait time is efficient and prompt. As you walk into this organize store you were greeted by friendly staff workers and manager. this is how business is done correctly! read more

I am disgusted with 70% of CVS's in Boca, Delray and Boynton. They always are out of Adderall and yes....I know about the manufacturing laws and quotas but other drug stores are not out of it month after month! So one pharmacist told me it was a vendor issue......well get better vendor, then!!!! But what's even worse is that many pharmacists from CVS will NOT tell you OVER THE PHONE if they have it in stock or not!!! They say you have to come in with prescription to find out if they even have it!!!! I don't think it's a law but if it is about 30% are breaking it and do say over the phone. If it's up to each store then those stores are rude and make it extremely inconvenient for the customer.....what's the big deal about telling you yes or no to whether they even have it????? The local mom and pop stores and Walgreen's tell you......I only tried CVS because of reward points but NOT WORTH driving to four cvs's yesterday.....only to be told, " no, we're on back order." read more
