There were four people working so I went to the rest room and came back ten minutes later. I still had to wait another ten minutes before someone could help me. There was still the one vehicle inside that no one was working on. I am sure it was finished because the attendant was checking the torque on the wheels when I initially walked in. All four guys were doing nothing. When the attendant came in I ask if I could get my tires rotated. He said do you have an appointment and I replied no. He said it would be four pm before they could get to me, it was eleven am, because they were booked up. I had been there thirty minutes and no one had worked on anything since I came in. I said no one has worked on anything in the last thirty minutes and he replied that did not make any difference because they were booked up. I called a few minutes ago to check on rotation and the attendant said it might be fifteen minutes of two hours to wait. Why does an outstanding organization like Sam's Club put up with this?

First they sent me a notification that there was a delay, secondly, they sent notification that there was a delay. Now push forward to pick up date! My son goes to the location and calls the number to advise he is in the parking spot. (no answer). 30 minutes later someone comes out and asks for his name but never comes back. This is ridiculous and I only choose Walmart because it is convenient to his school. Lastly, I try reaching out to the store directly, only to be listening to the phone constantly ring with no one picking up. I hope they get it together for the sake of the kids that attend the local college or I will have to report this to BBB for answers.

Have been having repeated issues with them and their alleged regulations for months now. Ever since…read moremy daughter transferred all her meds to them, every month there's some new problem. They pick and choose when they will 'release'her meds for pickup, despite her being completely out of meds that cannot have skipped doses. Hilary Pedigo is rude, abusive and completely unprofessional. As a pharmacist her job is at its most basic to fill a legally authorized prescription and submit it for payment to the insurance or self pay. She's judgemental and asks very probing very personal questions that are none of her business and have no bearing on her ability to do her job. Her supervisor only supports her in her behavior so complaining at store level is useless. Basic customer service dictates her opinion is null and void. She is not there to question or judge any pharmacy customer yet she does. When my daughter challenged her tonight she had the gall to say there wasn't a pharmacy in 20 miles that would take her prescriptions. She dismissed my daughter as a customer because she refused to continue to be belittled and abused. We've reported her and the incident to corporate. I won't stop until she's unemployed. She picked the wrong customer to mess with. Mama Bear is on it, she's had a bad day.

My daughter picked up my medication, sent my medication, however it never arrived. I called the pharmacy to explain the situation. Only instead of getting help when I needed it I got cut off, interrupted, and serious attitude. Which I can deal with but it didn't stop there. The pharmacist Mr. Harris thought he had hung up the phone when in actuality he had not. I heard him proceed to tell a co-worker, and I quote, "Some lady just called and said her daughter picked up her prescription and sent them to her but she never received them. Her daughter probably took them and didn't even send them" (end quote) This amount of unkind, uncalled for, and unprofessional bs should not and will not be tolerated. I will be placing a call to their corporate office as well as the better business bureau to make them aware of how Mr. Mike Harris feels and speaks about his customers. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Imagine what is being said about you after the phone is hung up.
