I bought a six pack of coke bottles from here. Everyone was sealed, but flat. I then noticed the pop expired a year ago.

Wonderful staff. They were very helpful in figuring out my insurance card situation. They also gave my puppy a treat (drive thru).

Note: Pharmacy is closed from 1:30pm to 2:00pm both drive up window as well as walk in pharmacy inside. I had to wait but it was useful to pick up other items. Use of their men's bathroom came handy , Clean and well maintained. Not much to write as nothing unusual noticed ..

We had to switch insurance due to my husband having been laid off and subsequently getting a new position. In the interim, we had to send out to India to get my daughter's asthma medicine while my husband's new job kicked in for his benefits. When the aetna benefits came, we immediately went to pick up the prescription from our normal pharmacy at JC but were told that there was a problem with the ins and we had to wait until the next week to get it straightened. We were panicking as the last shipment from overseas hadn't come in on time. We called the pharmacist at Binghamton and he was amazing. He did some investigation for us and found that our new ins went through a thrid party for prescriptions then went out of his way to find the group number to use. On top of this, my husband's new employer submitted the date of birth backwards; something so little but that pharmacist caught it after looking up our old insurance we had at walgreens. It took him three different calls on and off for some hours and a lot of extra work for him. We will always be indebted to him for that as he literally saved my daughter's life. He changed it manually in the system and did this twice until the place my husband worked would finally get it changed in their system (what a nightmare). They are always so friendly, helpful and worth the extra drive. On top of this, Walgreens is now my go to during the coronavirus (Johnson City and Binghamton) as they are implementing stricter guidelines for wearing masks in the store and it's the only place I feel relaxed and safe enough to get anything in person right now. I go for literally everything; even food items now. I really just can't say enough about how much I appreciate them. THANK YOU!

Before the pharmacy opened, I attempted to reorder but there system did not recognize her birthdate. So, I wanted to leave a message on their automated phone system. Each time I tried the system shut down before I could leave a message. So, I went in to the pharmacy as soon as it opened. I asked to speak to the manager to complain that I hadn't been able to leave a message (which forced me drive in and then wait for the prescription). She was not interested in hearing my complaint so I asked if she would relay it to upper management. At that point she became aggressive and suggested that I choose another pharmacy. She said that she would be happy to transfer my account there. Now, I have been a customer at CVS for many many years but I drove to the nearby Walgreens and was met by a smiling pharmacist who was happy to serve me. Moreover, they have an after hours phone system that accepts messages. Problem solved. And I don't need to experience CVS annoyance with my request.

I couldn't find him anywhere in the store, and three of us waiting to cash out. They don't have the bell to ring any longer.. as they would prefer you give up and use the self checkout. I wandered around for a while trying to find him. When he finally arrived, the customer service left much to be desired and he was a bit smart mouthed. Not a fan.. I don't care for being mistreated as a customer another serious issue this store has is lack of inventory. I've stopped by the store on four occasions over three weeks looking for. basic item., and it wasn't I stock. I was getting ready to go out for a fourth try one afternoon, when I decided I could just click on a button on Amazon and go back to my day off at home.. almost every essential personal care product now is an Amazon buy. didn't really want to, i like to support my local store.. Too many places to spend money these days.. Walgreens and Amazon will be my go to places from now on. By the way.. self checkout cost CVS far more money from theft than they ever save. I've seen so many people there not ringing up all their things and walking out the door.. bye CVS..

Their 'Pickup Online Order Here' sign is right in front of a 'No Parking Firezone' sign. Wasn't really sure where to park. Then called the # they listed to tell them I was here for a pickup, and there was some confusion on where I was located- "What side of the store are you on?" (Um, if I'm facing the store or coming out?? I guess coming out, since they will be coming out.) "I'm on the left side." "Oh, ok, the CVS side?" "No, sorry, the other side." "Ok, the coffee shop side?" "I don't know if there's a coffee shop here, I'm in front of your 'pickup online order here' sign." "Oh ok, we'll be right out." When the staff brought out my order, she said they had special ordered a sushi platter I bought, because they don't normally carry it. I appreciate that, but it shouldn't be on the website available for purchase if that's the case. There were also 4 other items not in stock. I might shop in-store at some point, but not sure I'll order online. Especially since there's apparently no way to know if the item you're ordering is actually carried at that store! And I'm not always in the mood to play "Who's on first?"
