You can even hit your calling from a drs office and you still can't get a person . Never fails at this place . Dr sends electronic script and somehow it's never in their system. Worst pharmacy i have dealt with as a doctor in 40 years of practice. Do not answer their phones 8n pharmacy or store. Takes 2-3 days to fill a simple script. Unprofessional in person. Very unknowledgable. Highly recommend using any other pharmacy in Bayonne. Shop rite across the street is superior. Have filed a complaint with their corporate site. Very unreliable. read more

The CVS Pharmacy in Bayonne have poor customer service skills. Since my employer RX informed us we must start using CVS Pharmacy as of 1/1/2022 it's been a nightmare!!! I go today, 4/15/2022 to pick up my medications my doctor called in and CVS texted me ALL my medications were ready and as usual, they were not. It never fails, I have to call my doctor from CVS to contact CVS every time to call in scripts my doctor previously called in. It's insane!!! This particular CVS seems incompetent!!! read more

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They never pick up their phones. I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes on more than one occasion. Head pharmacists does nothing about. I would strongly recommend this location to be closed down. They are no help to our community! read more

Very bad customer service. Never have the prescription in stock even though I get the same prescription every month and I am on automatic refill. Sometimes they call when the prescription is ready sometimes they don't. Gave me two months supply once even though it is a monthly prescription. read more

Very bad attitude if the girl at the counter , kept muttering to herself . She didn't apply my insurance , when I asked why cost is so high she asks me if I have insurance. I asked her to take out one of the items as the OTC version of the same was coming cheaper than with insurance and she makes a face and says something to her co-worker , generally seemed unhappy. My experience here has been ok before but today was really bad , not sure if she was new here as have not seen her before . Will try one more time and if this attitude continues will switch to Walgreens . read more

There are some closer to my house but, the CVS app is really convenient and just today when I went in to pick up a prescription, three separate employees made a point to ask if I needed any help which is really nice and honestly not that typical around here even in customer service environments. Worst pharmacy service ever. I was skipped in line (which is to no fault of the CVS employees) but before I could say something to the person who skipped me, they were called for next in line for pick-up. The pharmacy cashiers said absolutely nothing even though they saw the entire encounter. Then she proceeded to call me next, and had an attitude. Safe to say, I'm switching pharmacies. This is the worse pharmacy I've been to. I live down the block from them but I refuse to give them any business. I would rather go to shop rite or Walgreen which is further away but a lot better. When I was sick one day I went in and asked them to please call my pharmacy for my rx so they would do a transfer. They automatically said they didn't have it, but they didn't even check. My pharmacy had to call the pharmacist and argue w them in order to fill it. It wasn't like it was narcotics it was a rx for vomiting. Then another day my son 6 yrs old had a cough and I asked for a recommendation because that's their job and it was not busy at all. They were just there gossiping, she said she couldn't help me to just call my pediatrician. I had enough with them!!!! Regular cashiers are very nice but pharmacy cashiers especially one specific one has attitude and I don't like it.

The black tall guy in the black shirt was a joke! He could have been the manager because other employees were in blue shirts. There was nobody in the photo department, so the front desk asked him to help. He came with an attitude. He worked in the photo but obviously didn't know anything about photo. I handed him my camera, and he returned it to me telling me to take out the films myself because he didn't know how. I asked him if the CVS card would give me any discount, he then talked to me with this big attitude like I was crazy for asking this question and said no. He obviously didn't know because I checked with another store later on. I wonder if he knew anything about his job! When I was about to leave the store, I captured him on his personal cellphone in the store aisle. No wonder people are going to other places, and I will too! read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with every time I need prescriptions there's a problem! you call them and they lie to you today I had someone get nasty with me because I was upset that I was lied to. I only go there because I'm forced by insurance. By far horrible horrible service and they don't care people don't have their prescriptions. They are life savers here in this cvs! They were open on Christmas Day and not cranky to be at work! I walked in panicking my son had a high fever and needed prescription and over the counter medication. people in the pharmacy were so helpful and comforting. They went above and beyond! I'm so grateful to find someone happy to help someone on a day everyone wishes to be home. read more
