So for my $20 prescription I paid $3.99 for shipping and now have to tip an UBER driver? I don't know if this is now company policy or just this location but I wanted it shipped as it was in the past. Now this delivery will cost me half the price of the prescription. What's up with that? I was getting the oil changed in my car, so I walked down here from Pit Stop. I had heard from one…read moreof the pharmacists here, Bruce, that they had a soda fountain here, & he invited me to check it out sometime. All the good parking & the coolest part of the entrance is behind the store, & not facing the main street (19). They have a nice soda fountain area, where I got 2 "Bai" drink bottles from the cooler, & also ordered a "lavenderbean" milkshake (which is vanilla bean with lavender - delicious!), & an Italian cream cupcake (also delicious!). There is an area in the atrium where you could sit & sip while waiting to get your prescription filled, if you were also picking up a prescription at the pharmacy. Bruce wasn't there today, but another pharmacist, Jim Adams, showed me around behind the counter (since I'm one of the pharmacists at Gibson Pharmacy in Seven Points). They have 2 robots, & they do compounding & Immunizations, as well as blister pack fills for nursing homes. I will definitely have to keep this place in mind! And I would love to return for drinks!
