I picked up my injection prescription and later noticed Aledo CVS did not include the needles required. I went back and the woman at the pharmacy said they are out of needles but I could order some from Amazon. There is no charge with my insurance for the medicine and the only thing I pay for is needles that are supposed to come with it, so I was charged $24 for something they are out of. They earn a D- grade. read more

Pharmacist is a complete joke. Three times now she has told me my doctor filled the meds wrong when I'm looking at a copy of the prescription. They have no clue. She's never friendly and now instead of refilling online , I have to call the pharmacy and leave a message for them to get back to me when it's convenient. What happened to people answering the phone??? Completely incompetent staff. Not to mention trying to find someone to check you out is a joke when you have "ID required" items. read more

Believe the low ratings, the staff might be nice but they are pretty incompetent. Every little question requires being put on hold for many many minutes at a time. I spent WAY too ling trying to figure out some pretty basic stuff. Then after waiting FOREVER, they just hung up on me. Had to wait FOREVER again...I am literally as we speak on hold for my second 20 minute phone call which should have taken about 5 minutes total. Needs new management or supervision or something bc it's out of control at this point. read more

It's a pharmacy and convenient store. Staff is nice. Amanda is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond for the community.

Horrible. I called last night to refill a prescription and they put me on hold for 15 minutes literally until CVS closed and then hung up on me. Called in the morning and they still can not help me refill my prescription I pickup there regularly??? At least get better staff who wants to do what they were hired to do. read more

I never had a bad experience here ... until recently and I'll never step foot in this store again. Last two times I've been in I've had the worst customer service (including from a tyrant manager as the other reviewer stated). Prescription called in over 2 WEEKS ago. was told it was on hold. No reason - just on hold. said it would be ready in an hour. went back in an hour & was told it was out of stock but they would have it in in 2 days. it's 4 days later - no prescription. There's a lot of turnover in the pharmacy. Every few months, CVS gets a new batch of rude, inept employees. During a recent visit, I was trying to resolve an issue with one employee who was actually nice. Employee Shalyn then showed up and began berating me and being unnecessarily rude. I have since moved all my scripts to a competitor. It's important to note that the original issue may not even be the fault of CVS, but because Shalyn decided to inject herself into the conversation and be rude, I have decided to spend my money elsewhere. read more

I've been in that store 3 times lately to pick up a prescription. they let you stand at the pharmacy counter and not acknowledge you. at least 5 min. several staff just working with their heads down. my prescription is on back order and they don't know when it will be available, 3 weeks now. left and called a local pharmacy who was able to fill immediately. rude workers, unknowledgeable, and especially not friendly. read more

Rude, ignorant, and slow. Everything takes forever. The staff is always clueless and loses filled prescriptions. But the kicker is that it takes about 10 min + per vehicle in drive thru. So you'll get there with 4 cars in line, wait half an hour, and then when you finally pull up the the window the inconsiderate a hole will just lock the window in your face for a lunch break. No warning, no nothing. You just wasted your time for absolutely nothing. I hate this place and will drive 20 min out of my way just not to deal with the incompetence and lack of service. Do NOT use this pharmacy. My baby has an ear infection and is in pain. I called to verify if her doctor called in antibiotics they could fill before closing. My husband got there and waited in line forever. Got to the counter and they say they didn't receive it. Her pediatrician has proof in her EMR it was sent at 8:25. They located it at 9 but couldn't fill it because they closed at 9. I am livid. read more

Called CVS to ensure they received prescription from doc. They said they did. I asked for the time it would be ready for pickup. Was told 2 hours. Waited 12 hrs and prescription still had not been filled. Had to have a fit to get it filled and then they charged me over double and refused to use my goodrx coupons after refusing my insurance. Daughter had COVID and I had to have the prescriptions badly so I paid. Service to other customers while waiting was horrendous as well. Unprofessional and rude. I will never go to CVS again. read more

Literally would give 0 stars if I could! The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Not only do they NOT care whatsoever about your prescription it will take DAYS for them to fill. & Good luck getting them to answer called 3 times today just to be left on hold for 40 mins each time and eventually had to just hang up and have my doctor resend the medication to a BETTER pharmacy. The pharmacy is such a mess. You call and get a different wrong answer each. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing ever! I get a text a prescription is ready and head there the next morning and they tell me it'll be half an hour. What? This is an example of how dysfunctional this place is. read more

The manager is not there to help. The staff are not friendly in the store. The pharmacy seems to be good. Instead of Customer Service the staff in the store have bad attitudes and they argue with you, in the store. There is one young lady at the register that is nice. She is the only one. There is never anyone that stays upfront to help. They leave you standing there. The mask that the manager had on, only covered her mouth. They say masks required, they need to practice the rules as well. Wear the masks properly. If you tell them they are being rude. They yell at you and threaten to ban you from the store. Then they throw you out. Just because you make them aware that they are being rude. CVS needs to hire professional type staff or train their staff for customer service. Watch staff on film. read more
