Had to move the patient out of the facility on an emergency basis because they stole all of her morphine 3 times in 3 days. Yeah, she could not get any pain relief from bone cancer pain because the nurses kept stealing it. The nurses are also well known for drinking on the job so heavily that they pass out in the parking lot.

The other tragedy is the food. They literally could build a comedy with just how bad it was. Specialty was a very good rendition of Dark Ages stone soup. Cold muddy broth with a few flecks of carrot and cabbage. Otherwise some kind of ground chicken? Concoction with rice ect. Dog vomit. This would be funny, but the poor people have to eat this. There is no nutrition, not nearly enough calories to sustain. This is 2026. So much is known about food and the powers it has to heal, to restore cognition. And finally the beeping flashing call buttons. Often 45 min or more for a response. I was fortunate, I had no dire need, I had family and door dash to provide my food. Do not leave vulnerable love ones in this chaos. ​

My grandmother was there for almost one year before we had her transferred (Thank God) The staff is nonexistent at best, and will yell at your loved ones. They would make my grandmother wait 45 min to be taken to the bathroom and sometimes she would sit in her own urine because noone came to get her. Upper management is unable or unwilling to help, even though we went to every quarterly meeting and repeatedly put in complaint forms DIRECTLY to the administrator. They don't care. We tried contacting the board of health/our local representative. They didn't care either. There is absolutely no accountability with ANY of the staff at this facility. Multiple times every week my grandmother would sit in her own excrement because the staff wasn't able to take her to the bathroom on time. She also received improper care, the nurses wouldn't change bandages unless we ASKED them to!! Facility is FILTHY as well and always smells of human waste. This is the worst nursing home in town. Do NOT put your loved ones in this home.

She's quick, yet meticulous. Definitely a leader! DARRIN Has the best nurse personality while maintaining professionalism with his sense of humor and ability to empathize. JENN She was able to find a comfortable vein for my IV. Her phlebotomy skills are on POINT! SURGICAL SERVICES DON- Please keep hiring great nurses- your staff is wonderful, but I've learned how to study body language for a hot minute now; as I continue forward with earning my master's degree in counseling. Your staff is incredible, but clearly overworked. Do anything you can to keep them on staff. I highly suggest that Alyssa be included within the hiring team, and that her input be genuinely considered. She has prepped me twice within the last month. She really knows her stuff. This hospital is beyond blessed to have such caring nursing and support staff. Dr. Trevisani, Dr. Calhoun- They're quick and to the point, you're under anesthesia, then, BAM! You wake up and get a thorough description of their findings. The team in gowns- I didn't get your names, but you all have great personalities and taste in music! Thank you ALL for making an uncomfortable experience- significantly more comfortable, with your bedside mannerisms and kindness.

I was in the rehab section for 2 weeks, They first thing I experienced there were 2 of the nursing…read moreaids that were repositioning me sing a version of " Fly me to the moon " as they used the draw sheet to move me up in the bed, the version of the song they sang was of their own making " fly me to the moon ,right through the wall " then one of them proceeded to place his arm around the back of my neck where my surgery was. he leaned down very close to my face,so that all i saw a a white teeth grin in the darkness. he said "so thats what wrong with ya, after I told he thats where my surgery was. Then to top it off he went to place the pillow behind my head but pretended to start to place it over my face ,I remembered this because I lifted my hand up trying to protect myself. then they left , I didnt feel safe telling anyone about this. the follow items were not just one off but overall behaviors by several of the nurses. ! roughness with the patients, example one nurse giving you meds then all of a sudden another one trying to give you eye drops without them even saying anything. while the other one is shouting look up look up. 2 I was told a few different times the nurse would be back to do a procedure only to find out t=after waiting more than a hour just to find out they went home!! 3 during meds round ,my room mate wanted to know what a pill was that she was given, only to be told by the nurse they didn't have time to tell her and just to take it 4 waiting many hours to have a procedure done ,then without warning they come in and because I wasn't in bed (which would have taken 5 secounds ) THEY LEFT !!!! they did come up back after I was yelling loud enough to wake everyone up. 5 I wanted to see the PA , 3 separate times only to be told he went home ,and the other one on duty also went home ,strange, I finally ran into him in the hall and asked him my question. Although there are a few other things,they are mostly annoying .

I said: Ok, I'll pay the 160, and I guess you can bill the insurance. If insurance pays, I can get refunded. 6 MONTHS LATER they ask me to pay 630 since my insurance doesn't pay. Im like: but I paid. They say: yeah, but you requested we bill your insurance and that rate is higher. Since your insurance doesn't pay, you now need to pay 470 extra (to make it 630). Im like: what? Wait, what???? Is this legal?
