We had him tackle a significant makeover and paint job on our 122 year old cottage. Omar's bid was a good 20% higher than #2. We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. He also had a new kitchen window created from scratch to match the ones in the rest of the old house. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. When you think about how valuable your home is, why would you not hire the best in the business to fix whatever is wrong with it? The property will appreciate, and pay you back 10X over.

We set up a day for him to come look over my home and list of things that I needed installed and fixed. Randy gave me a super reasonable rate per hour and we set up far for him to return and work. The day of the job (I was late) he was ready to start and quick to finish the first project. I had a list of about a dozen things. Everything from installing a range hood, rewiring switches, fixing vent fans, doors, windows, toilets..... The list goes on. He finished everything and the sun was still shining. He even noticed that I was missing a few rails on my porch, found them, and secured them back in place. It wasn't my list but he did it anyway. Nice. I have to say that Randy is honest, hard working and very thorough. He works very clean and is very knowledgeable about almost every part of a home. Even mobile homes.
