Their drivers are the absolute worst! No regard to traffic rules and its become a running joke…read moreamong the neighborhood I live in that Midwest Arbor trucks must be told to park as horribly as humanly possible. They love to park away from curbs blocking entire sections of roadway. They also never park in front of the houses they are actually working at and instead block other people's houses. I've personally had this issue for several years as one of our neighbors uses them and i have to constantly go outside to tell them to move their truck. Sometimes people coming to work on my own house can't park because Midwest Arbor decided to park outside of my house instead of where they are actually working. Looking at other reviews on google this is clearly an ongoing issue. Why isnt management dealing with it? It reflects poorly on your company!

The service last year was excellent, we had a landscaper that was much cheaper than Midwest Arbor,…read morebut we had to baby sit and point to everything that needed to be done. We had Able from Midwest Arbor come out for a survey, service was 3x what we were paying our existing landscaping company but the first year with Midwest Arbor was fantastic and we considered it great value. This year however we had our lawn damaged in several places by the Midwest Landscaping crew, when I pointed it out, they have sent us a $700 invoice for the repairs. I called in and asked why is it that I would be responsible paying for the damage caused by their crew, Jenna replied that she would see if they could help us out, since the damage to the lawn was done by their people. On the week of Mother's Day weekend visit was completely skipped, had to mow the lawn my self as we had people coming over. Called in and explained that the visit was skipped, and this created a whole conundrum of things we were billed and additional visit. I can't explain the nonchalant attitude from customer service.
