I called in and asked why is it that I would be responsible paying for the damage caused by their crew, Jenna replied that she would see if they could help us out, since the damage to the lawn was done by their people. On the week of Mother's Day weekend visit was completely skipped, had to mow the lawn my self as we had people coming over. Called in and explained that the visit was skipped, and this created a whole conundrum of things we were billed and additional visit. I can't explain the nonchalant attitude from customer service.
