My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

On the week of Mother's Day weekend visit was completely skipped, had to mow the lawn my self as we had people coming over.
