Second, he allowed me to send him some pictures of the tree by text message to get an idea of the price if he had to climb the tree vice dropping it at the base. Third, when I texted him after a recent hurricane he kept his word that he would complete the work on the original scheduled date and then even offered to do the work on an earlier date due to an opening he had. Fourth, he willingly provided proof of insurance when asked. Fifth, he left my yard with almost no trace of the dropped tree minus some small divots I was expecting. People like him give local business owners a great reputation compared to the fly by night out of towners prowling your streets after a storm. Very glad I contacted him.

Specific plants that were promised were never planted and rather than turn over the ground in the back of my property and treat for weeds, they simply threw pine straw mulch so it is now nothing more than a huge weed patch. NUMEROUS emails and phone calls have gone unanswered They did drop off 10 azelia plants but did not bother to plant them until I called multiple to tell them they were dying in their pots. It is three months now and my last communication that again went unanswered was a week ago. I am wiring this review so you won't make the same mistake. I wanted to give them ample time to fix the problems however they continue to not respond to my efforts to communicate with them so now I am going to hire another local company to come in fix this mess.
