It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Thorpe Landscapes of Wilmington to anyone in need of a most thorough and professional job! My husband and I recently construted a home in Leland and Thorpe was recommennded by the builder. This was the best advice ever! Jeff Hinson was absolutely outstanding in understanding our vision for the new yard and did everything possible to make sure the finished product was just as we wished. Not only was the job performed efficienty and professionally, but Jeff took a personal interest to ensure we were 100% satisfied. He carefully researched the bushes and plants that would thrive in the climate and offered multiple choices from which we could select. His communication skills were most impressive, always returning phone calls and texts within an hour and sometimes minutes. What other company does that anymore? He was readily accessible to us and always the most pleasant gentleman with whom to work. Even after the job was completed, Jeff continually demonstrated the utmost personal interest by giving us a tour of the new landscaping and explaining the care for the plantings, checking on the grass and planting's progress and even regulating our sprinkler system during the drought and water ban. When I wrote a letter of gratitude to his supervisor, it was not only shared with the President of Thorpe, but I also received a personal response from Dan Thorpe himself! All these components combine to make Thorpe Landscapers an incredibly professional, genuinely caring and reputable company! Five stars aren't nearly enough!! read more
