We were put in touch with Ken because he isn't just an arborist he's also an apiarist (beekeeper). He came out the same day I spoke with him to assess the situation and sent me the estimate that evening. The very next day we set an appointment. We had to reschedule due to the biblical amount of rain we've been experiencing lately, but Ken was highly communicative and made sure we were taken care of as soon as everything dried up. Extraction Day was a scorcher but the tree came down, the bees were rehomed and we got some honeycomb! After my complaint, I was called and was told they are not responsible for irrigation that is not located, marked or identified. On the estimate, there is a place for an initial where I assume the owner acknowledges this caveat. My estimate is not initialed. The drip line is visible in the pine straw throughout the bed, but it was not marked with flags. The restoration of the beds will cost me more than what I paid to have the trees removed. Lesson learned.

They cut out and removed my old lawn, raked and leveled the yard, put down new topsoil, fertilized and then proceeded to lay 17 pallets of St Augustine sod. Then to complete the job, they rolled the entire job and removed all the little debris from the property. It made me tired just watching them. They do a half-way job on their work (mowing, edging & weed-eating) and they provide absolutely no additional services.
