My wife called about a confirmed delivered package at minimum 6 times in 45 minute intervals. Nothing. Finally after the 7th time Allison picks up. After asking about it again, Allison says "It's strange because it was delivered to our office building with Whats in it? Because i find it odd it was delivered to our office and not you." Ummm are you kidding me? Why is that your business? Not to mention it has a logo from Target on the box and shipping label. Either way my wife says it's bathroom supplies and Allison finally "gives her permission" to get her purchases. My wife arrives and sees another man waiting and Allison on the Lan line and cell phone. She ends the conversation on the phone and before my wife says anything, points her finger at my wife and says "you need to wait your turn, he was here first" SERIOUSLY!?!! Why would those words ever come out of her mouth??? Allison is supposed to be our support, not authoritarian! Not to mention because this man is on his speakerphone, she can hear he is also there to receive his package. After my wife goes to grab her own package which was clearly labeled, simply to end this charade of authority, Allison says smugly "I'll get it". Honestly my blood is boiling for obvious reasons. The fact that you have people like that working for the supposed "people" is an atrocity. But here's the living conditions as of 9/11/24. They talk amenities with Hawthorne. OK let's talk. Pool went from being heated Saltwater to broken down and abused. Literally. Our pool has been closed a ridiculous number of times this year. Whether it be improper levels, broken glass, maintenence??(isn't that improper levels again?) Not to mention there are literally family members and friends of residents pulling up to swim when it is open and running. I get a few guests, but families of 12??? They don't pay for that pool. We do! Service is a joke. Our building hasn't had 100% of our bulbs working for over a year. Over a half of the bulbs have been out for months on end. I requested a cheese drawer for my fridge 3 times on their app and twice over the phone and got back a used drawer 8 weeks later with mold on the screws! We have a coffee machine that's free though! Whenever they decide to clean it so it runs. Flies all over the syrup. Have at it! There's a gym you can use! Just make sure you bring your own soap and sanitizer because it's not cleaned daily by staff. Only by people who want to work out and not catch something. Even if you miss the gym, you can get your steps in walking. Theres no parking anywhere. Good luck coming home after 6pm. You pay for valet trash service which comes when it wants to. Then when you take your own trash out, your welcomed to other people's crap lying on the floor. No recycling either. Who cares about the environment??

Just a number, apparently pulled out of thin air. When questioned they knocked off a $99 service fee they fully intended on charging on top of service fee related to replacing a bad coil. I own 5 homes locally, so the search for a high-integrity tech continues.

Even the judge was surprised that I had already given them a certified check over $1.5k for a 600 sqr/ft 1 bedroom with poorly finished counter tops and a lopsided balcony and a constantly breaking elevator a month earlier and three days BEFORE they even filed (as I later found out). They bold-faced lied on court documents that they had not received it when I showed up to appeal their fraudulent filing. Then they conveniently returned that check/evidence they withheld while I was in court with that judge. Unfortunately for me and verrrry conveniently for them, my information and money was stolen directly out of my bank account on the EXACT DAY I had to make a second appeal payment. Information that could've been sold byyy some sleazy slum lords with my banking info trying to cover their asses for instance. Anyways after this tore my family apart and a year of AirBnBs and a full 6 month lease downpayment I got them to email about yet ANOTHER fraudulent filing I didn't even know about that was "internally dismissed due to satisfactory payment." Because I gave them the check, they forgot, I went on vacation and then they lied that they were going to but did not file because they forgot I already paid. When I asked the regional manager of Drucker and Falk to sign her statement of fact that according to their own company records that filing was dismissed due to satisfactory payment because once filed, it cannot be removed from the court system for YEARS, I got a cease and desist. Now, because this manager had given zero indication of her unwillingness to perform this basic formality after her company ruined my life, I'm guessing her higher ups made that decision to once again cover their asses. All I have to say to that is just try me and prepare for scorched earth hellfire and brimstone because it sounds like you folks have a class action cooking already. I kept my receipts, how bout you guys for your residents' stolen money, honey? They took advantage of me because they knew I was already dealing with one scamming company, the guy my info was sold to has finally been tracked down across 3 states, who's next? It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her!
