Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Based on this experience, I would absolutely hire Silver's Concrete again.

This way, WE could enjoy a beautiful fireplace rather than paying for someone else to when the house is eventually sold. The guys at Clean Sweep did a beautiful job! They demoed the old chimney, jackhammered the foundation, poured a new one, and built us a working chimney from (below) the ground up! We opted for a gas log and a nice set of doors to keep the dogs and kiddos out when it's turned off. We were extremely happy with the team, especially our project manager Daniel who answered our endless questions and gave us a lot of confidence. Bad experience from start to finish with Clean Sweep 317. As soon as the tech walked in my door he…read morebegan fear mongering. He had no even opened the doors to my fireplace yet. For all he knew it could have been completely remodeled last year because he hadn't even seen it yet. Then as soon as he did open it he told me I wanted a gas insert which I definitely do not and told him as much. He continued to try to instill fear the entire time he was there which was over 2 hours. He talked about several options and things that need fixed. And a special kind of sweep that was needed due to a level 3 creosote in the chimney. During his sweep and inspection he had a lot of problems with his equipment and kept banging them loudly up and down in the chimney likely causing more damage. Then he got to the top and told us our damper handle wasn't even connected. which it was before he started banging around in there. I know so because it is only 2 years old and only been used a handful of times since it has been installed. He was rude and disruptive, interjecting into the conversations my 94 year old Grandmother was having with her nurse and her caregiver. Once he finally finished with a lot more fear mongering and telling me, "you can roll the dice if you want to, but what you really want is a gas insert." Again, I had to tell him I don't want a gas insert. He was insistent on me how it would actually heat the room and and again I told him I don't want to heat the room, I have a furnace for that. As he finally left he assured me he was sending a quote which I assumed would have all of the options he talked about on it. Well, 2 weeks later a thank you card came from the owner. Cute, but I'd rather have the quote. A month later my husband finally reached out to ask for the quote since it was never sent. A quote was sent, finally, for a product called Priorfire Retrofit Fireplace for $15,000. Not only was this option never mentioned while the tech was in my home. The options he did mention were not in the quote. This option is horrible, it is stupid expensive and makes the fire place look like a child's toy. It is like bathfitter for fireplaces. It would reduce the size of our gorgeous fireplace by at least 2/3 and it just looks like a terrible cheap bandaid fix. No one that respects the quality and craftsmanship of their home would install this and be happy with it. I don't have a problem with spending money on this project but if I am going to put 15k into my fireplace I want it fixed not dramatically downgraded.

When I called the main office, I was told that the trash collector could have asked to move their trucks....not the collector's job. He said they can't park on the grass, but they were and still not enough room. He also stated he felt there was plenty of room, when I had to go on my neighbor's yard to get around them, which means a garbage truck would never make it. They seem to be only interested in the money and lack of concern for those surrounding their job. Totally disrespectful.

I was greeted by a woman on the phone and told her I would like to have someone come out and give me an estimate, but I needed to talk to them to explain the details of the project. She stated someone couldn't come out and give me an estimate or talk to me because they bundle all their estimates on certain days of the week and they don't do one on one meetings. So, I said, "Thanks, but I'll just have to take my business elsewhere then." I then found a company to do it. A week or so goes by and I receive a message from someone at AAA named Joseph Sullivan, stating they would like to come out and give me an estimate. I responded to the message and said, "Thanks, but I was told you don't do that by the lady that answers your phone, so I already scheduled someone else, but if for some reason the current company falls through, I will get back in touch and have you give me an estimate." Well, that ended up happening so I got back in touch with AAA. I left them a message on their voicemail and sent Joseph a direct email asking for him to come out and give me an estimate. I received ZERO RESPONSE. That tells me all I need to know about this company and my project is a decent size job. The fact they couldn't come out and talk to me when I originally called because of how they do their estimates was bad enough, but then when I actually allowed them a second chance and they couldn't follow through tells you all you need to know about AAA Sealcoating & Paving. Today (07/23/2025) their landscape team arrived early and worked very hard. The lead guy talked with me and I walked him through the specific areas of concern (TV cable and sprinkler heads and piping). He was quick to ask a question if the crew was unsure about something. They were very good at this, cutting the beds (to help keep the mulch in the bed), and trimming our shrubs. They worked very hard and the result is amazing. They paid particular attention to areas that I marked for caution (TV cable runs right at bed edge, along with a couple of sprinkler piping areas close to surface). They were very careful in these areas, with no problems. Our yard has not looked this good in some time. I would highly recommend them for lawn and landscape services.
