OMG! This was the best oil change ever! No appointment and even though i have to wait in line for…read morean hour, i was constantly updated on the timing! The techs were very courteous and efficient. The place is clean and neat with all the actual work taking place on a whole floor below with ongoing communication between the parties. There were cross checks and double checks on everything. It was beyond full service! I wish these were in the US as that's where we live. The price was equivalent to what i would pay in the US. We have a motorhome and size wasn't an issue because there isn't a hoist. It's a complete service with all fluids topped off and wiper blades changed! The employees also looked and sounded happy!

After paying an exhorbant amount for the service I requested a printout of my bill for my service records, this location was very, very reluctant to provide this printout, after insisting I was given a printout that showed the "total cost only" and did not list the price per litre of this expensive oil or the cost of the filter, these people are crooks and should be placed in a lot with that of scammers.

At that point cant.do anything so the next day I called again. Just to ask again same info , and sane range given $25 to $35. So I called head office and wrote a email complaint as well attached with my receipt. Basically this company circled theyre wagons, basically called me for lying and blew me off. So here you are folks cat fishing at its ugly incarnation. There are lots of independent shops in town many with HONEST proprietors you dont need to deal with a corporate fraud. I called today and was able to get an appointment within an hour to get my flat tire checked out and repaired, and this is pretty standard. They have a great selection of tires, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Do yourself a favour and check them out!

My VW steering pump was dropping fluid and whining while driving. I took it there and they were…read morevery nice at first and diagnosed what the issue was for free- to replace the pump with a used one. Canadian tire would have charge $35 for diagnosing, while VW Stjames, would charge about $100+ if the car mileage is more than 150,000km. So I give them credit for that. However, I got the used pump from ebay online for just Can$112.00 and took the car back to their workshop. I asked for estimate of how much it will cost to take off the old pump and put in another, they said they don't know. Which is strange as according to the law " repair shops must offer written estimates to consumers for any repair over $100". www.gov.mb.ca/justice/cp/cpo/info/car_repair.html They said, leave the car and we will call you back by noon as they have other appointments. I needed the car to get work that evening and just wondering why they would not give me estimate. Long story short, I called back that afternoon to get my car. They billed me $459.94 for taking old steering pump off. Which I think is Rip off! Three(3) days later, the Air Conditioning was blowing hot air instead of cold on a hot summer and another liquid was dropping under the car. I contacted them with a complain a little disappointed and irate. They did not address the issue..here is an excerpt of their reply: "To answer your question your vehicle has other problems sir, and they have nothing to do with any past service work we perform because they are not related in any way, based on your information. Our evaluation of your communication is less than honest and because that is something that is completely against our business practices we will have to decline to perform any future services for you now and into the future. And because of your aggravation we suggest you pursue another service facility of your choice immediately." Thank you for your complaint
