I've missed a few appointments due to schedule conflicts and my exigence asthma and I haven't always contacted Alure. I've been put on 'probation' with the Salon a couple times. She is very knowledgeable about cutting and styling long hair and is always applying my hair color in different patterns to give it a very natural look. I explained my situation and asked her again to which she said "the law doesn't make me" again. I said how about doing it out of the goodness of your heart? I understand when they have a scheduled haircut coming in in a little bit but a little boys haircut that your mainly buzzing doesn't take long and neither does the clean up. Our schedule is constantly changing so it's hard to stick with an appointment which I know would be easier for most.
