The young lady that I eventually talked to was snooty & unprofessional. Mocking customers & stealing money seems to their M.O.. The vibe was cool which seems to be a front. The bathrooms were filthy. There were what appeared to be public hairs on the toilet seat along with urine stained porcelain. I would recommend not wasting your time & money with immature highway robbers.

As a first timer you get offered a free shampoo, but I had just washed my hair before going so I skipped this step. They have TVs in front of every chair so kinda nice to watch football on a Sunday while getting a hair cut. My stylist was very talkative and seemed a bit nervous which wasn't very relaxing. She pulled off a decent cut while talking my ear off. I was a walk in and listed as First Available. I watched as a bunch of the stylist played busy to valid the new walk in client until finally there was only me to pick from. I waited beyond my 20mins I was told when I walked in as they did their best to avoid selecting the Walk-in first available client. Don't know if I'll go back - but perhaps as a registered client now it may go better. I would recommend making an appointment before going so you don't end up in the shuffle waiting game if you're a first timer.
