I was told before purchasing the delivery that their millings are fine and screened. When it got delivered, the material was junk and mostly made of large chunks of asphalt that are bigger than a dinner plate. I canceled the last truck load and called the company. They said that there is nothing they can do. I spent $1,500, wasted two days trying to bury and filter the bad material and the grade still looks horrible. They lied to me and couldn't even offer a partial refund. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

It was very hard to start after I used it for only a few months, so I took it back to them for repair. They fixed it for free under warranty. This summer, 2020, it again refused to start just when I needed it most for my garden. I was told it would be at least a 2-week wait until they could look at it. After waiting, when I went to pick it up they charged me $50 to "flush the carburetor", and they claimed the 5-yr warranty did not apply because the gas was "stale". I insisted the gas was fresh and gave me no problems when used in all my other equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, chain saw). They went on to say that the gas should not even be left in the tank for even a month. If this is true, then the manufacturer should so state it in the operator's manual, which they do not. Needless to say, I strongly advise anyone else to avoid buying an ECO model TC-10 rototiller, and further patronizing Wadsworth Tractor & Mower who fails to honor the manufacturers warranty. These are also sold at the big box store for less money, but I thought I would spend a little more in case I had service problems. Lot of good that did me. I see this business has historically a lot of good reviews. However, I think there was a recent change in ownership since I bought the tiller in 2018.

Now, a young college student keeps the landscaping looking clean and updated so when it was decided that the stone had some low areas needing some refreshing I contacted the nursery about supplying the stone. I was told to purchase it from Uniontown topsoil and mulch as it was not stocked by them. I stopped in to purchase the stone so it would be delivered the day the college man would be working on my clean up during his Spring break. Unfortunately, upon arrival the driver noted that I had ordered the wrong size stone and alerted me prior to unloading the truck. He was very concerned that the larger stones would not look right in my landscape and agreed to take his current load back and exchange for the correct size gravel. He returned promptly with the second load and did not charge me for the second trip and reloading. He was very conscientious, kind, professional and considerate.
