I needed a cleaver and a chef's knife sharpened on a weekend afternoon and called Grant to see if I needed to make an appointment. Fortunately he was able to take my knives right away and sharpened them in less than 10 minutes while I waited outside. He even removes some of the surface rust I had on my cleaver for me that I didn't notice. For $10/knife, it's a little ok the high end, but service was nice and I feel like I've got a new set of knives!

Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no.
