Fortunately he was able to take my knives right away and sharpened them in less than 10 minutes while I waited outside. He even removes some of the surface rust I had on my cleaver for me that I didn't notice. For $10/knife, it's a little ok the high end, but service was nice and I feel like I've got a new set of knives!
